As first time buyers, we came to Andy with little knowledge or confidence in the house buying process - Andy was amazing. From start to finish he was our constant point of contact. His knowledge and expertise is second to none. Andy guided us throughout the entire process, a service we found invaluable when we needed answers and clarity from the solicitors. He was always available for advice, guidance and to help push things along. If you're thinking about using a mortgage advisor, you won't find better. Best decision we could have made.

Couldn't have asked for more - Morgan and the team were incredibly helpful throughout our whole house sale process. There were a few snags that came up along the way and Morgan was always on top of it and left us feeling very reassured that it would get resolved. We almost didn't go with Frank Innes to sell our house as we found another estate agents that would take a lower % but speaking with Morgan initially made it an easy decision to go with them, and I'm very pleased we did. Definitely recommend.

Even though my sale or purchase wasn’t through Frank Innes, Kym Jones was looking after her client on my purchase. Due to other estate agents who will remain nameless not providing any support and poor communication, Kym took over and led the whole chain from the front. Cant recommend enough. I had several agents visit and Morgan Lees-Collier was by far the best. Fantastic knowledge of the area, very thorough when viewing the property and gave great insight into how Frank Innes would best approach selling to the particular demographic the property catered for. From the day the property was listed the support from Morgan and Kim Jones has been outstanding. I have always received advance notification of all viewings and detailed feedback following the visit (property was empty and viewings managed by Frank Innes). Great support by Kim as well helping me to arrange clearance and providing the keys for the firm so I didn't have to travel. Even when my property lawyers went quiet, Kim and Morgan were phenomenal at keeping me up to date. I have another property to sell and look forward to using their services again in the new year.

Don't rent a house from frank innes. Get passed around like a volley ball from people. Property management people coming and leaving and playing the cards 'im knew' 'the person your speaking to is at a meeting' got hung up on by the letting agency demanding answers. These letting agencues cooperate with horrible landlords that take months to repair items. Our wasshing machine was fixed after a month and my dryer is still broken and they dont take action and they only do there job when you remind them. Absolutely disgusting service and when you call you get pur on to people who dont deal with your property and then they try to stall. Connor from property management is an absolute pain to get hold off. Have complained about him although i bet hes probably laughing at this. All parties cooperating with the landlord and branches shouldd be shut down. Even with these issues at hand the letting agency just brags and states that you are stuck in a contract. I will be looking to take this furthur maybe with a lawyer or to court. They even state that you cant have your landlords details although its a legel right to know who your landlord. They are such a lazy company. Do not rent property from them. They state and mislead information claiming repairs are very quick. I was informed repairs will be done the next day however i never nee the landlord can get his own contractors on sight. This is very frustraiting and they just shut you down for this. Avoud frank innes property like the plague

Was very very lucky by getting to deal with Jessi Pabla. Anyone else who has worked with her would 100% agree. Felt abit nervous to begin but Jessi put me strait at ease from the first call. Dealt with Sharon Walker throughout the almost 9 months of process in buying our new family home! After our original sale fell through at 2 days notice to completion we were worried that our purchase would now also collapse, but Sharon was brilliant at keeping the seller happy while we re-listed and re-sold and then even better at keeping the pressure on all solicitors in the chain to make sure the exchange could take place in plenty of time for the stamp duty holiday still. Jessi Pabla has been really helpful in sorting out a place to rent during Covid-19. Always friendly and helpful, as well as happy to answer our questions. Update March 2021 - This changed when we moved into the property. There were minor problems for months (no fan working in the bathroom, heating monitor broken, no light in the fridge). It took 4 months for someone to come round to price this up. After 5 months we moved out and the problems were never fixed. We had three quotes from different estate agents and decided to use Frank Innes as we liked Tony Cotterill's manner and professional approach, felt confident that Frank Innes would do a good job for us and their price was very competitive compared to other agents. We also felt that the other estate agents seemed more interested in getting our business (and money) than selling the house! The team delivered well on every count from start to finish. We received an offer the day after the house went on the market but waited until the house open day and were delighted to have an offer well over our asking price!
