It was a comfortable stay. The location of the flat was perfect but noisy at night. I had other few issues in the flat but Leah was more than happy to help me and she responded to my emails very fast. STAY AWAY! Best to avoid if possible, we’ve had an awful leaving experience with a Sheryl Grundy, her and FHP have trumped up charges to take from our deposit on things they never fixed in the first place! Allowed us to stay a couple extra days to move out and the all of a sudden ‘you have to pay for these’ when we disputed other charges, when no such thing was agreed upon. Morally bankrupt and deceiving Will be informing fellow students to avoid entirely.

Disgraceful! I moved into the property 1 month ago, dirty on arrival even though they said it would be professionally cleaned. When I asked about car parking they said that there are no issues with parking and its allocated. Failed to show me that the actual car parking space requires going into a small car lift shaft. This is when I expressly explained to them that I require easy car parking as I have to get out and drive in the middle of the night. Most significantly, they failed to inform me that the Landlord was selling the property. They have already arranged two viewings of the property after 3 weeks of me living at the address. No risk assessment, complete disregard to my health and safety. Do not use FHP Living. You do not know what they are hiding from you. ** Again the response below - complete lies. Complete disregard for the law - repeatedly unlawfully entering the property during the pandemic - clearly a dishonest estate agent - **

Probably one of the most pleasant interactions I’ve ever experienced while renting in the UK for the past eight years. I had direct contact with Armani who was always helpful, super kind and understanding of any matter. people are lovely but big issue, moved into my apartment almost a week ago and still have not been given a window key and emails to the person who moved me in are just being ignored, the apartment is boiling and 2 fans are barely cooling it down at all and theres nothing i can do. am currently very sick from this heat due to it being even warmer inside than it is outside and im very upset. finally heard back, still no keys. just an ‘its busy right now’…..still too warm in the apartment. moved in over a week ago btw i got a window key eventually but never got a post key despite asking multiple times and being told id get one so had to get all my post at a friends place, ridiculous

I am a first time renter, I traveled to Nottingham to look at letting agents to rent as I wasn't having any luck online. They were the first agency I saw, they instantly booked me 2 viewings a day later and I managed to get one of those rentals. No other agency in Nottingham (I pretty much went to all of them) got back to me or found me a viewing. FHP have replied to all my emails very quickly and have helped me every step of the way in moving into my first rental. Very happy with their service and I couldn't recommend them enough

Fhp Living were really earnest and helped me out immensely to find a studio within less than a week!! Finnley assisted me the whole time and even walked me to the property once I arrived. With all the anxiety and stress of moving out to a new country, I really could not have hoped for better service. Contrary to most student accommodation websites, these guys don’t mind monthly payments and provide 5 minute walk distance to UTN properties. Thanks guys😭

I have never had this smooth experience with any other letting service before, as I had with FHP. Very good and professional service. If you follow the rules, which are quite comfortable, one will never have any problems. Any problems with accomodation that were found in the beginning were quickly resolved by FHP. At the end when I finally moved out of my comfortable stay at the accomodation, the deposit clearing was done smoothly as well. Will definately use them again.

Jane was wonderful at every step of our very difficult house purchase. My partner and I had recently gone through a particularly challenging house purchase and Jane was amazing throughout. She was always available and super helpful; organising various surveys, reports and multiple viewings. Jane kept communication fluid, transparent and frequent at all times. She lent guidance, updates and support (even comforted me when I was crying at especially hard parts!).I can\'t recommend Jane enough, I honestly think the purchase would have fallen through if it wasn\'t for her hard work. I've happily been with FHP for years as a remote landlord of a 2 bed flat using their full management service. In that time administration and communication have always been smooth and issues handled promptly. They are experts in their field, which makes my life so much easier knowing they are taking care of things and keeping me up to date when anything important arises. I was previously with Shelley and am now looked after by Nicola and both have been highly professional and a pleasure to deal with. I have searched for a similar quality estate agent for my property in Halifax and have been unsuccessful so far. FHP are a gem.
