GoogleRecently viewed a property which I’d already talked myself out of before I’d even got in the door. Things didn’t improve on entering the house either. But the service Nick provided was outstanding, he was extremely friendly and professional and answered most of the questions i bombarded him with. By the time i walked out i’d more or less decided to put in an offer. A very positive viewing was had. Thanks to Nick.

FacebookOne of the best estate agents I dealt with and Kerry O'Conner was the star! Since the viewing, Kerry was very helpful and quick to response to queries and pass on information to the vendors. The process from the offer to the completion was smooth, thanks to Kerry and she was also very thoughtful when I had some financial issues to complete the transaction. I highly recommend the David James Estate Agents and lucky you if Kerry picks up your case! I also got a welcome box upon completion.

GoogleI found them hard to deal with. Too busy, wouldn't answer simple questions, I would say avoid them but the other we are buying off (Holden Copley) seem just as bad. Seem bothered about the commission only. Hope to never have to sell a house again. Stressful, made a lot worse having these helping themselves to their fee and being purely on the side of the buyer not us. More people would move more often if you didn't have this lot and the solicitors to deal with. It will not be forgotten. Haha so many reviews for 5 stars from people who have only left 1 review saying nigel is such a nice bloke. Review seems to have gone
