GoogleWe've had a great letting experience with David James over the past few years. Regardless of who was handling our property, conduct was always professional and highly efficient. Nicole, Claire, Grace, Victoria were all outstanding property managers, and Steve Fischer did a great job with the end of tenancy process. Big thanks to Annette for going out of her way for us on the final day.

Her email responses were consistently quick, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free. She was also very understanding and accommodating, which I really appreciated. Google145 Vernon Avenue- Estate agent was Claire, I could say I was socked, but in really good way, Claire is only estate agent I met who offered me a lot useful informations about property even without to ask. GoogleVery impressed from the start, came out when they said. Gave good feedback in how to approach sale. Natasha was brillaint throughout the whole process and very understanding. I called a few agents at the start but David James were the most proactive in getting back to me. Was very happy to use their services.

GoogleClaire from the Mapperley branch was very pleasant, she showed us the property and was very knowledgeable and informative about it and the area. She answered all the questions we had about council tax, schools, flood risks, the area, bus routes, crime issues. We were 5 mins late but she didn’t rush us and she gave us permission to view the property again and to take pics and videos if we so wished. She also informed me of something l wasn’t aware of that l could place an offer on the property subject to mine being sold which is good to know as that property ticks all the boxes l need.
