GoogleNick was a very down to Earth and honest agent. Not pushy at all but there if we had any questions. Not sure the property was for us, but I can’t blame anyone for that but the previous tenant.

GoogleBeen with David James for a few years since they took over managing our property we rent out in Mapperley. Top marks for taking care of all the admin and rent collection and payments and condition inspections. Recently, I thought just maybe another firm might be a bit better and, following a couple of minor misunderstandings (mine I might add . . ), I threw my toys out and gave notice to quit, giving the other agents the deal. I soon realised (thankfully within the 3 month notice period earlier given) that the new firm was a bit all over the place as they (after accepting the deal) they literally tried to drown me in vague T&Cs that were all over the place. Not good. When I finally came to realise I was being an idiot, simply because David James are actually very good at what they do. So, a bit of humble pie later, they agreed to carry on. I really need to play more golf and stop being a pratt :-)

GoogleI viewed three properties that I intend buy. Unfortunately none of them is what I expected, so I could not make any offer. However I am very pleased with the estate agent right from arranging the viewing appointments. And again, the staff that took me through the viewings was very good professional and very friendly as well. I think his name is Nick.
