GoogleUnfortunately we turned up for our first viewing and no one even showed up. Rang the office and apparently someone had forgot to put it in the diary.next day we had a viewing appointment and we received a call saying they had to cancell the appointment because a staff member had had an accident. I asked them to phone me back but never received a call back. I had to phone again otherwise no one even tried to arrange a replacement viewing which I found very poor. Finally on 3rd occasion we got a viewing. Our thanks to NICK who was very helpful knowledgeable and was very professional. Such a shame about the poor service beforehand. Thanks NICK!!!

GoogleI liked the property more than I had expected. I thought with a kick of paint it would be fine. The garden is lovely. Kitchen fine. Most rooms spacious. Claire was punctual, understanding about me being late, professional and informative.

GoogleWe have had our first home inspection today. As a female alone at home during the inspection, Nigel was very courteous and made sure that I was comfortable for him to be in the home with me. He was very professional the whole time and explained exactly what he was doing while he was here. Excellent service

FacebookI made an offer on a property, and during the viewing, the seller informed me that David James advised her not to accept the first offer. Despite this, she accepted my offer, and I promptly submitted all the requested paperwork. A week passed without any updates, so I inquired about the status. I was informed that they were still waiting for paperwork from the seller. I asked why the property wasn't marked as "sold subject to contract," I was told twice that this would be done immediately, but it never happened. Days later, I received a phone call informing me that the seller had accepted another offer. I can't shake the feeling that they encouraged the seller to keep the property on the market in hopes of getting a higher price. A complete waste of time
