Hello dear David James team, the location and the property was very good and the garden was small but lovely. Of course needs some work inside the bungalow to make it our home but In the same time is our favorite option if we compare with the other properties which we saw before and the other one from today. Thank you very much to your estate agents Nick, Annette and especially to Claire from today to showed and explained about the properties. They all are very kind and helped us with our big decision so now we are a step closer to our dream house .

Bad!!

Bad!! Poor communication throughout the process. We viewed the property and only later found out that it had already been rented, which was never communicated to us. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted our time. Better transparency and timely updates are needed.

Claire was very knowledgeable and offered to get back to us if she was unsure of what we'd asked. The apartment wasn't right for us but Claire didn't make us feel as though we'd wasted her time

We are pleased with the service provided by David and James letting agency during my recent tenancy agreement. The cost of the property was reasonable and it met all my needs, providing me with great satisfaction. The overall process was completed within 10 days after the viewing. Document signing procedures and communications were through digital, that provided us easiness and convenience. Overall we are happy ...

I had a really good experience dealing with Lorraine during a purchase, she did everything she could to help the sale go through and I wouldn't hesitate to use David James to sell my home in the future. Although I did inevitably pull out of the sale due to worries in the survey, she really went above and beyond to help beforehand. By far the best estate agent experience i've had in Nottingham.
