Had a good experience overall with Bairstow Eves Wollaton. There was a slight glitch at the beginning with Alan (the manager); probably due to a misunderstanding. He did all he could to correct the situation. The office staff were brilliant and very helpful in following up to provide answers to queries. Natalie, Pat and Claire were all a pleasure to deal with, and very professional in all matters. The only area for improvement would be to have a more proactive approach in terms of keeping the customer up to date at all stages.

All the staff at Bairstow Eves, Wollaton branch have been a pleasure to deal with from our first meeting with Alan. Everyone we spoke to was professional and helpful and we felt we were in good hands. We have to thank Claire Dack in particular who was amazing. To all landlords leave them as soon as you can. These people don't listen to landlords. They done investigate. They only work to pass on cost to landlord. They dont care if the property is damaged or not been looked after. They even done care if tenant is in breach of tenancy agreement.
