We are really happy with the service we received from the team at Bairstow Eves who sold our house very quickly for a great price. Special thanks has to go to Emma and Steve for the hard work. We also had Sam Newman-Earp give us mortgage advice. His customer service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble and he went above and beyond every time we contacted him. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bairstow Eves, Sam and the Countrywide Conveyancing team to anyone. We will use them again in the future! Awful company would never recommend

Awful company would never recommend. First of all lied and told us was no chain with our sale but then after we accept offer Emma put this information at a bottom of an email instead of making it clear to us that it was a chain. The gentleman going round to do visits was taking his girlfriend with him who did not work for the company. I was told by Stephen who owns the Clifton branch that this happened multiple times at other properties aswell because he was scared of the area. I wasn’t actually told this until I went into branch questioning what had been happening at the property as some appointments were also skipped by Bairstow! When I handed the keys over for exchange they lost the keys. Honestly has been an extremely stressful situation and experience with Bairstow Eves Clifton branch. I would never recommend or use them again.

To all landlords leave them as soon as you can. These people don't listen to landlords. They done investigate. They only work to pass on cost to landlord. They dont care if the property is damaged or not been looked after. They even done care if tenant is in breach of tenancy agreement.

Great service from a wonderful team at the Clifton Branch. Unfortunately, the buying process was delayed for us due to waiting for probate to be granted to allow the house sale to complete. A friend had highly recommended we use a lady in the team by the name of Rebecca Humber. He had used Bairstoweves himself to let several properties and he recommended asking for her. Well let me tell you, he wasn’t wrong. She is such an asset to the Bairstoweves Nottingham team. From the moment we met her it was apparent that she was such a lovely lady and knew how to deal with our needs. This wasn’t just a house to let, it was our family home we were letting, so it held so many memories for us and we wanted to do the best we could to find the right tenants. Rebecca guided us all the way through the process and was alway there at the end of the phone to answer any questions and offer advice if we needed it, from start to finish, nothing being to much trouble with her friendly can do attitude.We also dealt with some of the other members of the team that were all as helpful as each other along the way. I’d also like to give a shout out to Shanna Seaton who did a wonderful job looking after us and showing potential tenants around and helping us in choosing the right family for our house. I would strongly discourage anyone from renting student property through Bairstow Eves based on our experience at 14 Devonshire Promenade this year. During the middle of winter, our house was left without heating for three weeks, which is completely unacceptable, especially in freezing conditions. We were initially told we would receive compensation for this, but that promise was later withdrawn without proper explanation.
