GoogleGreat service and turn around. We got our survey booked in earlier than first agreed and it only took a day to get our survey emailed to us. Completion also came with a text to confirm the documents had been sent which was fantastic as my inbox thought it was junk.

Contacted Watson's spoke with Ali Rose and booked a survey for the following Friday, 6 days time. So far so good. All professional and thorough. GoogleSince taking control from the freeholders and putting Watsons in as our managing agents it's been great having people in place that actually respond and are there when it counts. Abbie Lamb responded on a Sunday to an emergency leak and was amazing despite disturbing her personal time and I was extremely grateful! Thank you much!

From the outset they were brilliant with communication, keeping us in the loop and informing us of the process. Very useful online portal to keep up to date. They arranged the survey with estate agent at the nearest availability, and completed and returned the report within a couple of days which is incredible. Cheap, efficient and professional throughout. Will definitely use again.

Excellent Homeowners Survey service on the due date. All surveyors are conservative by nature and looking for all defects present or potential. Mine pointed out the age of the double glazing (16 years) as a potential worry for the near future. In fact, only two small windows were foggy.
