GoogleWatsons were always very communicative throughout the process of getting a survey completed. The seller had to reschedule a few times, but Watsons let me know every time and were flexible with getting it sorted. Very glad to have chosen them.

GoogleI can thoroughly recommend Watsons if you are buying a house. Lee, especially, was very helpful in assisting me to understand which survey would work best for my situation and always replied in a timely manner. GoogleThe survey has not been undertaken yet so I cannot comment on that aspect but Emily who I dealt with over the phone was excellent - provided much information to help us decide which survey was appropriate and responded immediately to queries. TrustpilotTerrible Home Buyers Report
I received a Home Buyers report (level 2) that was extremely poor. Many of the assessments were generic and provided very little detail. Additionally, no photos are provided with Home Buyers report (although not an RICS requirement, every other company I have used does this) and as a result, it is very difficult to acertain and corroborate the report. An example was where the surveyor advised a window was misty but provided no location as to where this was in the property or any pictures! Overall, very dissapointed for the money paid and I would not reccomend Watsons for any Home Buyer Reports.
