Great service

The whole process from start to finish was smooth and painless. We received the report the same day the survey had been carried out, which was totally unexpected. The vendors of the property hadn't granted access to a couple of things so we would have needed to rebook a second visit to finish the last part of the survey but we decided not to do this as the vendor was rather obstinate about the findings so we will most likely withdraw our offer, which means we've probably dodged a bullet on this one! James, our surveyor, was really helpful in patiently talking us through the findings to ensure that we understood everything. Overall, a positive experience and we will use their services again if buying in the same area in the future.

Transparent pricing, swift and professional

Watsons were easy to book and get someone out to carry out a valuation. When he came to the house, he talked me through what he needed to do and then after he was done, he let me know what the next steps were and answered any questions I had. They were transparent about pricing, carried out the valuation swiftly and sent me the report the next day! It actually made me wonder why everything else takes sooooo long when you're selling your house!

Watsons handle the management of a property estate and grounds in which I have an interest.Apart from managing day to day work such as gardening they also handle collection of accounts and deal with other sensitive matters direct with owners on my behalf eg covenants.I find Watsons hard working giving sound professional advice.They are not frightened to act when it is not always the most comfortable thing to do.

Can't fault the company. I had a valuation done on my shared ownership property back in October, the surveyor, James, was great. He got the valuation done quickly and sent the paperwork over the same day. I had to get the valuation extended this month and this was done within a day! No chasing needed (which seems to be all you do nowadays with other companies!) and communication was brilliant. Thanks
