GoogleArranged a Homebuyers Report and found the Client Services Co-Ordinator helpful, efficient and friendly. I was asked if there was anything in particular I wanted feedback on which was a nice and unexpected touch as I live a long way away from the property at the minute. I await the report now but from the organisation stage which was easy to work with and fosters confidence in their ability I am expecting a professional and useful document.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

TrustpilotAvoid at all costs!!! unless you want a super slow report
Avoid at all costs!!!! We are buying a repossession property and we have informed them about it that we need the report quick. The survoyer promised me will give me the report Tuesday and latest Wed but now I still didn’t get it. We might lose the house in any min. really slow! I regret so much to use them. They can’t keep up with what they have promised !
We can only apologise that you feel we have not delivered. We are also disappointed by the 1* review. At point of booking, our Terms & Conditions do state a 5-10 working days turnaround for your report (RICS Home Survey Level 3), and of course in extenuating circumstances we will do everything we can to deliver to our customers as soon as possible. However, at no time do we make promises or guarantee an early delivery. Your inspection took place on 16 August and was delivered to you yesterday, 25 August, after 7 working days. In light of this, we would hope you amend your score, as negative reviews do have an impact on our business.

GoogleWatsons have been 5 star excellent all through our dealings, from the initial viewing through to the completion of the transaction. They were especially helpful when I was having difficulty navigating the on line credit check. Sheriden Ellis, from the Norwich branch has been exceptionally helpful and incredibly patient with an elderly computer bumbler. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

GoogleI've contacted Watsons to have a homebuyers survey done to a property I was interested to purchase. They were very responsive and accommodating to my needs, even matched a quote I had from another company and found a surveyor that could do the job very quickly, actually impressively quickly! The results came back quickly as well but very detailed and easy to understand. Would recommend Watsons to friends. GoogleWe have just finished a long tenancy which wasn't our decision and was a difficult move but Watsons have been great throughout. My dealings were with Tracy and she was always on hand when I had any questions and she was understanding right to the end of the move which she made a lot easier than it could have been.

GoogleI have commissioned Watsons to carry out a Level 2 survey on a property I intend to purchase. The survey is due in just over a week's time so I cannot comment on its quality yet but the service so far in providing a quote and organising the admin has been excellent. Looking forward to the outcome of the survey.

GoogleWe have used Watsons 3 times now to complete a building survey for us, with the most recent survey completed in 2023. We asked Sophie to book in the service and Ray to complete the survey, both gave an excellent service each time and we received thorough advice on the survey. He was very professional and honest and recommended a more affordable option for a survey that covered our needs. He even sent over examples of each survey so we had a better understanding of what each type of survey entailed.

GoogleSuperb, personal, fast and thorough! Highly recommended surveyor in Norwich. Watsons recently conducted a building survey on a property that we were purchasing, and from start to finish the service was excellent. The office staff were happy to process the query, provide a quote, and booked our survey in within a matter of days of the initial call. The surveyor was very professional, and called, as requested, to discuss our plans for the property ahead of the survey. Our final survey document was very quickly turned around, and we received on the Tuesday after the survey took place on the previous Thursday. Extremely comprehensive document, easily laid out, honest and advisory in all of the right places. Once again, I couldn't recommend Watsons more. Well done!

As first time buyers, we were confused with all the different quotes we received off of multiple surveyors. We’re glad we chose Watsons. The booking process was so easy, they called our estate agents to arrange a time (which was 2 days later) and we received our report about 7 working days after.

GoogleReally pleased with the outcome of the survey carried out by Watsons Property Group. Some issues were raised and I was able to point them out to the vendor who then put them right. Had these points not been raised at this time, I would have had to deal with them myself once I had moved into the property.

GoogleThe Watsons surveyor was incredibly professional and very helpful when he conducted a property survey on our behalf. A detailed survey was delivered to us the morning after the survey was conducted, which we feel is excellent. Then, the surveyor called us, on our request, to discuss all of the concerns that we had about the property.
