I was able to meet with the surveyor, Richard, at the property which was invaluable. It was great to be able to ask questions and to look together at different aspects of the house. They respond very quickly to requests, and their turnaround time for surveys has been fantastic! Excellent service. Requested a survey at short notice and it was accommodated. Our sellers say they were there a long time and did an extensive inspection, checking everything which was reflected in the report. I was told on completion the report could take 5-10 working days but it was with me within two. Reasonable cost too. Thankyou 😊

Leaking Roof

I had a level 2 survey done and whilst the report in itself was OK, but they failed to notice water damage to the exposed on view roof rafters in the loft room and mould growing on the underside of the roof. The roof is leaking when ever it rains, but their response is it was not raining on the date of the survey They now advising this has all occurred since the survey. What's the point of a surveyor that does not bother looking, if they had they would seen the water marks and i could have acted accordingly
