Zoe from Norfolk Property Lettings & Management is an absolute Angel. Our landlord had to sell our house due to cost of living crisis so we needed to find a new home as quickly as possible. Zoe has been so incredible & was able to get everything done for us in just 1 week. No question has gone unanswered & she's been so kind & sympathetic to our situation & she always manages to respond to enquiries super fast. She's a credit to the company & generally just and awesome person, we can't thank her enough for her hard work.

I've dealt with many letting agents over the years and can confidently say Norfolk Property are head and shoulders above the rest. Zoe is efficient, diligent and reassuring in her communications. Whenever I have spoken with any other members of the team they have also been very welcoming and easy to communicate with. There are some letting agents you warn people to avoid, however I would highly recommend NPL&M to any prospective tenants.

AVOID THIS. COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, ESPECIALLY THOSE WITH YOUNG FAMILIES. This company doesn’t know what they’re doing ,I had some random man called Paul that apparently works in their office arrive at my rental property UNANNOUNCED & he tried to let him self in with a key (not knowing I was inside)- I was not informed in anyway that I had an ‘inspection’. If I wasn’t In the property at the time, they would have gotten away with breaking the law. The only thing that stopped Paul from entering my property was me running to the door and blocking it! It’s an awful feeling to be tied into living at an UNSECURED property, especially when you’ve given the agents ALOT of money. Bearing in mind I’ve had no email/complaints from this estate agents before someone visited the address. Norfolk Property management & lettings have acknowledged and admitted to breaking the law and breaching the tenancy only ONE month into our contract. I will be taking legal proceedings, this company needs to be shut down asap. I paid this company over £10,00 for 12 months rent up front, as soon as they got their money, their attitude changed. I feel like EVERYONE I’ve spoken to in the office has brushed this under the carpet and tried to act like nothings happened, because they know they have messed up. I’ve instructed a solicitor to deal with this for me.
