We are now able to enjoy a relaxing well needed holiday knowing that we are moving to our new home perfect for our family on our return. GoogleFrom first contact to signing contracts, NP have been amazing. When I booked a viewing they called back to confirm and the guy on the phone was really helpful, the lady who showed me around the property was so patient and knowledgeable. And dealing with the application process with Zoe has been exceptional. Zoe has been really efficient, fast at replies, helping me with queries (nothing is ever too much trouble), friendly, understanding, professional and just made the whole process a breeze with 0 stress or issues. GoogleI have been working with Norfolk Property Management and their team for 19 years now and I have nothing but praise for Mike and his team. Mike and Zoe especially are approachable and friendly and, equally importantly, professional and knowledgeable. I did try another agent a few years ago to 'test' the competition with a new purchase and I couldn't get back to NPM quickly enough. As a tenancy comes to an end NPM have a list of prospective new tenants within a few days and the transition is normally a fairly seamless operation. I won't be trying the opposition again any time soon.

GoogleNothing but 5 stars, we've rented through Norfolk Property management for over 4 years and had nothing but immaculate service from Mike, Zoe and the team. Zoe in particular is an amazing, amazing human and makes the renting process so easy, any maintenance problems are fixed within 2 days, any emails are replied to on the day and it feels like you're speaking to a real person who cares. I feel so incredibly grateful to find a company that makes renting so easy and will recommend them to anyone and everyone!

They made the process easy for me as a landlord; nothing was too much trouble, always answered queries promptly, offered expert advice, managed everyone’s expectations well, respected my wishes and accommodated my many ad-hoc requests with good humour. Mike and his team, in particularly Zoe, who manages our account, are outstanding. They do exactly what they say they will do. And the best part is, they keep on doing it, month after month, year after year; they never come to us with a problem or an issue, they simply come to us with solutions. GoogleZoe from Norfolk Property Lettings & Management is an absolute Angel. Our landlord had to sell our house due to cost of living crisis so we needed to find a new home as quickly as possible. Zoe has been so incredible & was able to get everything done for us in just 1 week. No question has gone unanswered & she's been so kind & sympathetic to our situation & she always manages to respond to enquiries super fast. She's a credit to the company & generally just and awesome person, we can't thank her enough for her hard work.
