GoogleAfter many unsuccessful applications we found Norfolk Property Lettings and it was an absolute breeze of fresh air! We dealt with Zoe and I couldn't possibly recommend her more! She made the whole experience a very smooth and easy one and kept us on the loop all the time. I will recommend this to everyone I know that's looking for a new home.

GoogleMoving to a new city was a very daunting experience. From the viewing to moving in, I felt welcome. Flexible when it comes to dates for inspection or repairs and most of all warm. Zoe is responsive and quick to resolve issues and all this is done over a few light hearted emails. I would recommend their services.

They are an amazing team: Jenny, Mike, Zoe, Lee, Adam, Sophie, very professional and flexible, always very kind, helpful and friendly. When we rented our house, the communication was great, they were keeping in contact with us for any new properties coming up, having the answers for all our questions, making all the process easier than we thought it would be . I highly recommend Norfolk property management!

Compared to other letting agents I was really impressed. Zoe sorted everything out in under a week and communicated everything to me thoroughly and never ran out of patience with me even though I asked many questions. GoogleI can't recommend Norfolk Property Management highly enough. From my very first enquiry, the speed and level of service has been nothing short of amazing. They are fast, efficient and everyone I have come into contact with has just gone that bit further to give great service. Special mention though for Zoe who has been absolutely fantastic in keeping me informed on every stage of my property application. She once again has gone above and beyond with the level of service during my application and has been a pleasure to deal with. To find a company these days with this level of service is very rare. Full marks to them.

Googleextremely impressed with Mike and his team at Norfolk property management. they offer a professional and comprehensive service. my tenant has been in situ for a number of months and I have had no issues with rent payments, he has always been paid on time and the house is immaculate. they have a vast array of Contacts which means that maintenance and repairs are carried out swiftly and to an excellent standard. I have no hesitation in recommending... and oftern do!

GoogleMy Mom has just relocated after living in Birmingham for 73 years so this move was a big deal! Lee who showed us around the flat was fantastic! Made sure we had the forms and contact details to send them to during the viewing and followed up with a courtesy call a few days later. Whenever I popped in the office, they were always on hand to answer my questions and so helpful! Zoe, absolutely amazing lady! They made the process so easy, answered many, many emails that I sent, kept me informed at every stage. When i had any worries or concerns i was listened to and instantly calmed! Key handover and signing lots of bits was made a pleasure as they are super friendly and personable! Absolute star!! As a property management team they requested we go through the inventory and anything we noted was an issue to report within seven days, I did this within two days and all queries were resolved by the end of the week!! Would highly recommend!
