I cannot recommend Norfolk property Lettings and management enough! My partner and I have always found estate agents challenging to deal with but Zoe, Lee and the rest of the team have been faultless. Lee showed us around the property and answered any questions we had. He never once made me feel rushed whilst looking at the house. Zoe handled all our contracts and was an absolute delight. She guided us through the whole process, offered us all the information we would need, including a very extensive inventory report. Not only do we feel really looked after and our voices heard, for the first time we have a sense of trust when it comes to renting. The company have also contacted all utilities on our behalf to inform them of our move which has been really helpful. Communication has been fantastic. I highly recommend going through Norfolk property to find your next rental. Thank you!!!

Norfolk Property Management have been so helpful in our application for our flat to rent through them. We had Lee who showed us around for the viewing, was super helpful and friendly giving us plenty of information, and also opened up a lot of questions to the tenant (who was there at the time and also very lovely.) This to me was an instant green flag as it was very honest and open compared to some agent’s we’ve had before. Throughout the application process we have had Zoe as our main point of contact, she has also been absolutely wonderful, so so friendly and helpful, always so quick to get back to any queries we may have, informative and really flexible with her schedule, she has personally made the application process really smooth and easy. We are yet to move in to the property so it seems a little early to write a review but the service so far has been outstanding and we are so pleased to have used Norfolk Property Management.

I have recently moved to the UK from the US, all the way across the pond! Finding housing when you are coming from a completely different continent is not an easy task, and I struggled a lot the first month trying to find an apartment. A lot of the time agencies would not follow up, or even when they did communication was sparse and I was often left wondering whether things were moving along or if I should move on to applying to a different unit. Norfolk Property was completely different on that aspect. Communication has always been very prompt and very friendly, both before and after I put down the holding deposit, and everything is kept in writing so it can be referenced later (I even got an official notice when they began processing my application after I put down the deposit)! Zoe in particular has been delightful and answered all of my numerous questions regarding the rental and the renting process, and managed to counter the issue of me being international (and as such having all of my info overseas!) very professionally and without any hiccups. Coming from overseas, renting your first place can be quite daunting and worrisome, but Zoe and the Norfolk Property made me feel secure throughout the whole process.

Rented a dated 3 bed house for £850 pm from these people and on day 1 my daughters standard bed would not fit in the 3rd room, so i was paying for a 3 bed and only could use 2 bedrooms. moving in day I had to have the carpets cleaned and the oven cleaned at my expense. Weeks later I had to remove at my expense a dangerous unsafe green house and a collection of pots and garden waste. Months later i had various problems with a very old boiler that kept breaking down and leaving me with hot water or heating on many occasions. Lost lots of hours at work as Norfolk Property demanded i was there to let in various Gas engineers . Finally after some months the boiler was changed but then it turned out the radiators also needed replacing but they only changed some leaving some rooms cold While renting the property I kept having reminders sent to have my annual Gas Certificate but nothing happened until i reported it to the office, how could they allow this very important oversite ? Today this has been reported to HSE. Its an offence and hopefully this will be investigated. I could go on and on but now Ive left the property... Norfolk Property now demand I pay for an oven clean and carpets to be cleaned and have the garden tided up ,I have paid a cleaner to clean the house top to bottom and only a few weeks ago i had the carpets cleaned so whats with these demands ? but the icing on the cake was when they sent me an e mail claiming they will get a quote for sweeping out the garage i really did fall off my chair laughing. ..Sweeping out a garage ? you are going to charge me for that ? honestly what a bunch of jokers Ive had a bad experience and now they wish to hold onto my deposit as it appears after having £15000 in rent they now feel i should pay more so they can market it . I would avoid this company at all costs. Only wish i had researched them and thier bad feedback before i took on the Tenancy.

Avoid this company at all costs. No one monitors the emergency line at the weekends, so what’s the point of even having it!! And they clearly don’t deem having no hot water or heating as urgent, given it’s taken weeks sometimes to sort. I hope this company is shut down as soon as possible, as without good fundamentals/without abiding by the law, someone’s bound to report you and take it further soon.
