GoogleHaving just gone through the rental process with Norfolk Property Management, we are so happy with the experience we have had, especially from the wonderful Zoe. They kept us in the loop every step of the way, were incredibly efficient and prompt, and were so pleasant to speak with every time. As two people with anxiety disorders, the whole process put us at ease. We could not recommend them more!

GoogleHave found the team at Norfolk Property Lettings & Management to be great. Zoe in particular is always really helpful and so friendly. Getting a new home is always an anxious time and she was always very warm and kind which I found very reassuring. Since moving in, she replies to me super quick if I ever have any queries (even stupid questions!) and helps me out anyway she can.

GoogleAbsolutely disgusting company. We moved into a rented property. We brought up issues about black mould and was completely ignored, even worse then lied to about someone responding until we proved to them no one had. We lost hot water 3 times in the property and reported it twice, we got lied to about what the issue was. It was so bad that the boiler company that came out told us that they refuse to keep visiting because plumbers are not doing their job properly. When we advised the company and proved this to them with water tests, they still ignored us!!!. The plumbers broke our bath, again reported and completely ignored. If I was elderly I'd be dead because of this company. The black mould was so detrimental to our health we had £400 EON bill and spent over £70 on black mould cleaning products. Legal action will be taken, never been so glad to get out of a property which has been so poorly managed.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
