GoogleWas looking for a property to rent as I was moving to the Norwich area. Very efficient service, had let agreed within 3 hrs of first of enquiring about the property. Good response times to all emails and made the process as simple as it could be. Hand over of the keys and paperwork was also very quick but explained everything we needed to know. Also were fast to sort a minor issue we had found. Property was as described with only a bit of cleaning needed. Would highly recommend!

GoogleI highly recommend Norfolk Property, and their wonderful agent, Zoe. I am new to Norwich (and England, having come over from the States), and the process of leasing a flat was largely unfamiliar territory. Additionally, the market is so competitive that many of the letting agencies I communicated with tended to be quite short on communication and attentiveness. Most made it very clear that I was just one of many replaceable warm bodies they could stick in their property, right up through the deposit stage. Luckily, though I was set to go with another property with another agency, I viewed one last flat that happened to be managed by Norfolk Property. The agent at the viewing was knowledgeable and attentive, without being too pushy, or being overly-aggrandizing toward the property. I liked the flat and the area, and decided to apply as a backup, just in case my "main" deal fell through. As it turned out, the flat managed by Norfolk Property quickly became my "main" deal, primarily thanks to Zoe. Where other agents had been distant and curt with me, Zoe was kind, understanding, and always quick to reply. She emailed me almost daily with information about what was happening, which allayed any fears I might have about being replaced or forgotten. To give a comparison, I last heard from the other (formerly "main") agency before I ever viewed the Norfolk Property flat. Since then, the lease has been agreed, deposits paid, and referencing done, and I move in on Friday. I still have yet to hear from the other agency, and will be contacting them shortly to inform them that I won't be proceeding further. In short, Zoe treated me like a person rather than a human-shaped peg to fit into a housing-shaped hole. As someone who has never even visited England before moving here, who doesn't know anyone here, and is wholly unfamiliar with these processes, her kindness and understanding made all the difference in the world. It is no surprise to me that these reviews are loaded with praise for her. She deserves every bit of the recognition she's getting here. Thank you Zoe!!

GoogleFrom the moment we viewed the property the agent showing us around was polite and lovely answered all our questions and made us feel at ease. Going forward this agency is 1 of the best I have dealt with, especially Zoe she has been nothing but helpful and was a pleasure to meet her when we popped into the office with our paperwork. GoogleWe moved into our property 7 months ago and Zoe was absolutely amazing with dealing with things in such a timely manner. However unfortunately as time has gone on the communication from the team has been appalling. We’ve had many things that needed fixing and we’ve raised issues via email/call and had one reply then been ignored the rest of the time. It got to the point we had to email Zoe even though she doesn’t deal with those kind of issues anymore as she was the ONLY one who actually replied to us and sorted things out. It was to the point that my partner had cut herself on the bath panel which took months to be fixed back into the bath (again after numerous issues raised about this) as nails were hanging out of it and Zoe was the only one to sort this. We have no hot water coming from certain taps and again this was reported months ago but still no reply, they done one inspection after 3 months of us moving in, issues were raised even by the inspector himself and again nothing was done about this. We have been waiting since July. I find it very disheartening we are paying a considerable amount for a 2 bed house and the things that are deemed necessary aren’t being dealt with. This is such a shame as we had such a pleasant experience when we first moved in. Again can’t fault Zoe as she’s been amazing but the rest of the team I have no words for as there is no communication from them whatsoever. Zoe also raised all of these issues to people higher than her and we haven’t even had a response from them, this was a few months ago too. I completely get things can get out to the back of the pile but when several emails have been made I would expect a reply especially the nature of them emails.

GoogleAfter a really awful experience with another Norwich based property agency, who left me no choice but to vacate my home of 4 years, I was feeling incredibly anti-estate agent, and had never felt like I had anyone in my corner while renting. The team, especially Jenny, Lee, & Zoe, have not only been exceptionally helpful and prompt with any request or issue, but also genuinely considerate and transparent, ensuring our confidence in them every step of the way. GoogleNPM has the strong heart of a company built on special people who have been part of a team for a long time, with a very knowledgable leader. Any problems which can arise, are dealt with especially swiftly, and with a host of staff that are experienced and really care about tenants. As a landlord, and as a tenant, I have been able to get hold of staff easily, and no challenges have ever been unable to be solved meticulously. Properties are very well cared for, and when really difficult situations arise (as they do for everyone), excellent advice and care is given to all parties concerned. GoogleAfter searching for a property in Norwich, myself and my partner were finding it very difficult with most agencies being unprofessional or unhelpful. We had been in contact with Norfolk Property Lettings and Management on a few occasions and they had always been kind and professional. Most notably, Zoe was a saving grace. She went above and beyond to help me and my partner relocate and was in contact with us every step of the way. We felt looked after and in very safe and capable hands. Big shout out to Lee as well who showed us around our property and was equally as kind, helpful and professional. If we ever have to relocate within Norwich or Norfolk, we will be definitely be contacting Norfolk Property Lettings and Management first!
