GoogleUnprofessional...avoid...lovely when they're selling you a rental, their communication is non existent when your rental property has faults...things reported in November, landlord was informed about problems in January. Then wait a couple more months for problems to be rectified...oh, we gave up waiting for said promised things to be done and moved out. Premium price paid per month for shabby non existent service. All they are interested in is money and keeping hold of your deposit. They don't understand the fair wear and tear wording, they expect the property to be left as it was found. No damage done, but it's been lived in by a family of 2 adults and 2 children and they quibble with a few furniture marks on the walls...they are lucky that the kids didn't draw on the walls, as that's what kids do. They will not keep the deposit, especially when they receive the letter from the solicitor about 'Fair Wear and Tear'.

The whole process has been wonderful and smooth with Zoe answering any questions and supporting us throughout. YellImmature Staff Not Professional
Norfolk Property Management have been tough to work with. They are good at what they do and are rather quick to respond to issues. However when a situation occur where stress levels seem to increase, staff members do not act professionally and end up calling clients raising their voice on the phone and are trying to get justification that "they are right" which is certainly not good practice. If you ever have problems don't be surprised if you're going to get mood phone calls or emails
