GoogleNicholas Humphries has been the best letting agency I’ve gone with in Norwich. In the office they’re all super friendly, and have been helpful with all of our queries. Ben in particular, put up with our constant questions at all hours of the day, and responded with answers. Would definitely recommend Nicholas Humphries to anyone!

GoogleNicholas Humphreys Norwich have been looking after my student house for two years - they also manage two other houses belonging to my extended family. We have all found Sam, Laura & team to be trustworthy, hardworking and entirely honest. On two occasions they found tenants extremely quickly. Great service, highly recommended.

GoogleExcellent communication throughout the tenancy including rapid responses to any issues encountered within the house. I would recommend Nicholas Humphrey’s to be a tenant of as their use of the tenancy deposit scheme and maintenance website made the tenancy comfortable. Our points of contact were Steph and Bradley so kudos to both.

Google!!!They have 1 star on trust pilot be warned!!! If you have any issues at all they will charge you. we had a faulty boiler and they charged us 300 quid for the inspection which found no issues. Cold water for a month without fix.
Hi Taro. Thank you for your feedback, however we do not feel this is a fair reflection. You reported a fault with your boiler to our out of hours service on Friday 27th September, the out of hours contractor attended and in their words “found the hot water working on site and could not find a fault.” Since this date, you have not made any further reports or communicated in any way that the hot water is not working or we would have looked into this further. We cannot fix issues we are not made aware of.

GoogleThey are so far the best agent that I have used in recent years, and currently enjoying their first class support services. I was referred to the firm last year when the student letting season was almost over and it took Stephanie Grey just a month to secure new tenants. This is a big feat since other High Street Agents failed to deliver for months!. With Nicholas Humphreys, I also enjoy excellent customer service and they swiftly respond to emails and ensure your needs are professionally and promptly resolved.

I dropped them a message asking if they had any pet friendly properties available and they promptly replied and found a lovely property. They have great customer service and from my experience have always been excellent estate agents. As a student letting with them, they were honest, friendly and flexible. GoogleMeh, when i look back on it they tried to pull a fast one on my deposit and also felt like they kinda patronised me because im a student. Id look elsewhere for student lettings Reply: i changed the review the first time because you called me moaning about my genuine feelings towards the service. I left the flat in a cleaner condition than i received it, so dont try to save face online with lies as the place was spotless and photographed as so whereas when we arrived paint was falling off the walls and there was a sewage smell and no sofa (which took months to fix and numerous phone calls) no one wants to email u lol

GoogleAmy is a life saver. I emailed her at 7am when I woke up from the sheer cold after my boiler broke in the bleak of midwinter. Before 9am, she had responded that she’d already contacted the landlord and it would be fixed that day. The best agent I’ve ever had. Nicholas Humphries is lucky to have her!
