Nicholas Humphreys have been looking after the sale of my property, and I have found them to be very efficient. I have been dealing with Joshua Copeman in the office, who has kept me up-to-date throughout the process and ensured everything is running smoothly. I would recommend contacting this Estate Agent for any of your property enquiries going forward!

Meghan is probably the most helpful, charming and informative estate agents I’ve ever had the privilege of meeting. A true testament to the Nicholas Humphreys agency.

We had a great experience with Nicholas Humphreys. Laura was so helpful providing lots of information with finding our second year house, couldn’t have been kinder. I can’t recommend them enough. Thanks!

I've viewed Humphreys because my partner and I have seen a couple of properties advertised with them, fairly standard website easy to use not to complicated. Definitely user friendly. Only gave an honest 4 stars based on it being hmm "to simple" could do with a more modern touch in my eyes.

I sold my house through Humohreys . They were extremely efficient, helpful and professional. They seemed very determined in what they were going to achieve same price wise and in my view achieved a better price than I expected . The commission charged was also extremely reasonable . I highly recommend this agent .

I left my student property on the 1st september and despite sending countless emails about receiving my deposit back they have not complied, continually sending me conflicting pieces of information. I have contacted the director had no response. Furthermore, the deposit is insured by the TDS which states a deposit must be returned within 10 days and this has not happened. They are very responsive and quick when anything has to do with rent. However when it comes to getting money back from them it is virtually impossible. I am not the only person this has happened to on student boards on facebook, certain names of individuals that work here turn up! They have a reputation of dragging out deposit returns. IF YOU ARE STUDENT DO NOT RENT FROM THEMNegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

I have been using Nicholas Humphreys for over a year now and am yet to find fault with their service. They have been incredibly attentive to both my demands as a landlord and helping the tenants wherever possible. I would highly reccommend them to anyone.

Excellent service received from evie Miller on our viewings, honest, friendly and knowledgeable I would happily recommend her to friends and family alike, a refreshing change from the usual pushy estate agents we have dealt with soo far. Well done Evie

Great service from Evie, made my experience of viewing multiple properties very positive, unfortunately on this occasion we chose a home through another agent but would highly recommend her for the overall attitude and how she conducted herself with us.
