GoogleWe Have finally exchanged contracts today. There has been all sorts of hold ups but at long last the sale has gone through. Lauren Newby has been pushing all the time to the extent I think the solicitors were getting annoyed. With her persistence the deal has finally been done.

We were selling our flat in London to buy a house in Norfolk. The London sale was traumatic, but Minors and Brady (who were looking after our Norfolk purchase) were incredible every step of the way. It took almost a year from the initial offer being accepted to the final completion, but I received regular check-ins from the team, and a friendly, sympathetic ear when sales fell through, and exchanges were delayed through no fault of our own.
