GoogleI cannot praise Minors & Brady enough. They took on what must have been one of their toughest sales to date and have stuck with it through thick and thin. They have been professional throughout and made what was an ordeal for my wife and I into a more bearable journey. We have been kept informed all the way of any developements. I must make mention particular of Rosie Turley from the aftersales dept'. She has made regular phone calls and we look upon her more as a friend. She has been very reassuring through the hard times of the sale and we look forward meeting her in person when the chance arises. Thank you so much to all of you who have been involved with the sale.

Claire who is part of the after sales team has been excellent. Our buying and selling process has been quite stressful as we have a new baby , and things haven’t always gone to plan.Claire responded to my emails straight away , was always very easy to get hold of. I feel she went above and beyond in the last two weeks , pushing my solicitors and keeping everyone updated.I have been very impressed and would use minors and brady again !

How great is to deal with an Estate agent representative who was knowledgeable about the properties I viewed and I finally have found the house of my dreams. So here's to having my offer accepted. We bought a house through Minor and Brady Caister this year.The branch manager was very helpful in getting things sorted. They helped us negotiate a good price.We had some delays that were not their fault but Cass at after sales chased it up for us daily. She always replied to my many calls and was patient with my frustrations! We are very happy and settled in our new home. Just bare in mind if moving to the area, Norfolk time is slower than the rest of the country. But it's an advantage once you are here to relax

GoogleI have had a really positive experience with Minors and Brady, from a valuation from Liam, to discussions with Matthew and excellent customer service from Connie through dealing with the buyers. I thoroughly recommend using Minors and Brady. What I particularly like is their fast response to questions regarding the sale to emails and follow ups via the telephone. Having dealt with many agents in Norwich, Minors are without doubt the best I have come across.

Ange took over the sale of my elderly parents property after they were struggling to sell. Her consideration for their ages and her constant support made the whole experience far less worrying for them. Her communication throughout the whole process was excellent and kept on top of chasing solicitors to push the sale through and get my parents moved as soon as possible. We cannot thank her enough and would highly recommend!

Well what can I say.. these people are absolutely amazing. It’s our first time buying a home, so we didn’t have a clue with what we were doing, what to expect and what’s going happen. They have helped us no end, nothing is too much to ask with them. I want to say a great big Thankyou to Jasmine Fitt. She has been beside us every step of the way. Helping with everything, taking the time to explain the stuff we didn’t understand. Making sure things had been received and been sent. ( we had a few bumps along the way that wasn’t ours nor minors and Brady’s fault ) but she went out of her way to help get them sorted. Making sure we was ok along the way. She’s just been fantastic. Can not praise her enough. Such a lovely lady too.If we were to need to sell and buy again we wouldn’t hestitate to use minor and Brady’s again. We highly recommend them Thankyou x

We had to remarket our flat as the previous tenant moved away. Minors and Brady organised everything, got a lot of viewings and found new renters in less than a month.The paperwork was completed in a timely fashion.They also provided EPC advice and found contractors. Luke, Beth and the team were great.
