JessCould not recommend her enough. Without Jess the process of selling my house would not of been the same. She was continuously keeping me in the loop between me and my buyers and their solicitors. Without Jess I wouldn’t have known half of the information what was going on between the solicitors as Jess kept me more informed than they did!

GoogleRosie was absolutely brilliant. We were in a very difficult chain and she went above and beyond to keep us and everyone else updated. You could tell she was extremely experienced and knowledgeable. I would go with Minors and Brady again purely for the fact that Rosie works there!

We had a really positive experience selling via Minors and Brady, from the valuation, to the photos ( which were really quick and looked amazing! Almost made us fall in love with our house all over again and not want to move ! ) to the keeping us up to date with viewings and negotiations on our behalf all the way through to sale and the excellent post sale where we were truly looked after by Nagilla. Our onward purchase was moving slower than expected and Nagilla took away all of the stress of chasing solicitors and the other estate agents involved in the onward chain. Absolutely incredible service and a credit to the business.

Throughout the process Minors & Brady have been professional, informative and extremely helpful. From arranging viewings to pushing for exchange. Most of our dealings were with Nagilla who was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. Everything was communicated to us as and when was necessary. Nagilla was always willing to help and was great at chasing up the rest of the chain for updates and answers to enquiries. Without her I don't think we would have exchanged when we did. This is now the second viewing with Emily and on both occasions they have been faultless. Emily is a credit to your company, she was able to answer all the questions we had at both properties. From the initial introduction to the farewell she was a delight with a perfect balance of hands on guidance through the properties whilst allowing my wife and I space when we were discussing our thoughts about particular elements of the viewing. Both times she was punctual but equally we didn’t feel rushed at any time. Thanks Emily, as I said earlier a credit to Minors & Brady.

Sales Progression Team. I honestly can’t say how pleased I am with the level of service from the Sales progression team, in particular Nagilla Santos. I had a particularly difficult issue with the Help to Buy redemption, which turned into an utter nightmare. Nagilla and her team took the task on and stayed on hold with them for over 5 hrs and refused to stop without out getting an answer from them, which she finally did and made sure the sale went through on the completion date. I was kept updated daily and helped where I could but they really did do an amazing job and would absolutely recommend minors , just for the sales progression team.

GoogleTerrible experience. Progressed with purchase only to be told the flat doesn’t have a EWS1 certificate meaning unable to get a mortgage on the property. Why was this not included in the original conversations and only coming up 4 months later. Worst part is other flats in the same building are up for sale with this company and still no reference to the lack of certificate for potential buyers!

We moved in with Minors and Brady about a week ago. After some miscommunication with the landlord the move in was a little bumpy as the house wasn’t prepped for us to move into. However after making contact with our agent Samuel, he and his colleague Lauren have been nothing but helpful since. Immediately making himself available Samuel arranged for anything we needed to be taken care of, sending someone out to clear up left over belongings so we needn’t worry, arranging for cleaners to be sent out to sort issues raised. Constantly dealing with everything we had throw to him, Samuel has been brilliant, ensuring he’s constantly an approachable member of the team. Introducing us to his colleague and our property manager Lauren to ensure any further queries or help we needed was dealt with. I’d like to say both have been a credit to the company. Many thanks and we look forward to continuing with you.

Connie Staff at Minors & Brady was always very positive and kept me very much in the loop with all the sudden changes when I was buying. As a first time seller they really went above and beyond to navigate a very difficult sale, due to issues constantly being presented by the solicitors. Lauren Newby, in aftersales, was incredibly at dealing with everything thrown at us, remaining professional and highly committed throughout a crazy 5month negotiation. She was an absolute delight to deal with, always available, always positive, and supportive to the end. Lauren showed genuine care and commitment to getting the sale completed. A really positive experience all round. Can’t fault the service. All staff are committed, professional and friendly. Special mention to Lauren Newby who dealt with a huge list of issues in her role as after sales. Also to Connor Robinson for his swift response in listing and marketing the property. GoogleI have recently bought a 3 acre piece of land advertised by Minors & Brady and cannot express their passion and professionalism. Nothing was too much trouble and they worked with me and their client to get us both the best deal possible and to make correspondence between both parties both fast and without issues. Even after the purchase they continued to keep in touch and ensured I was happy with the proceedings. Rosie Turley went far beyond her required duty and answered my queries at all times of the day. 10/10

I sold my flat this year (2023) after putting it up for sale in 2022. Unfortunately my first sale fell through and the second sale that completed was for 15K less. However I don't blame Minors & Brady for this but more the first buyer and the current state of affairs with the world.Minors and Brady did me a great deal on selling my flat and were really good at communicating throughout the whole process. I was really impressed with the pictures they took of my flat and was fairly happy with the amount of interest generated considering the circumstances.The best part of my experience with Minors and Brady was the after sales care from Rosie. She was really good at chasing and making sure things were moving along and was very pleasant to deal with.Overall I would recommend Minors and Brady and will keep them in mind for the future.
