We moved in with Minors and Brady about a week ago. After some miscommunication with the landlord the move in was a little bumpy as the house wasn’t prepped for us to move into. However after making contact with our agent Samuel, he and his colleague Lauren have been nothing but helpful since. Immediately making himself available Samuel arranged for anything we needed to be taken care of, sending someone out to clear up left over belongings so we needn’t worry, arranging for cleaners to be sent out to sort issues raised. Constantly dealing with everything we had throw to him, Samuel has been brilliant, ensuring he’s constantly an approachable member of the team. Introducing us to his colleague and our property manager Lauren to ensure any further queries or help we needed was dealt with. I’d like to say both have been a credit to the company. I sold my flat this year (2023) after putting it up for sale in 2022. Unfortunately my first sale fell through and the second sale that completed was for 15K less. However I don't blame Minors & Brady for this but more the first buyer and the current state of affairs with the world.Minors and Brady did me a great deal on selling my flat and were really good at communicating throughout the whole process. I was really impressed with the pictures they took of my flat and was fairly happy with the amount of interest generated considering the circumstances.The best part of my experience with Minors and Brady was the after sales care from Rosie. She was really good at chasing and making sure things were moving along and was very pleasant to deal with.Overall I would recommend Minors and Brady and will keep them in mind for the future.

Terrible experience. Progressed with purchase only to be told the flat doesn’t have a EWS1 certificate meaning unable to get a mortgage on the property. Why was this not included in the original conversations and only coming up 4 months later. Worst part is other flats in the same building are up for sale with this company and still no reference to the lack of certificate for potential buyers!
