Claire Wilson was brilliant! She always kept us up to date as the sale progressed. Nothing was too much trouble for her - phone calls were answered quickly too which certainly made a change from other agents I've dealt with! Working with Kirsten on marketing my property for sale was a great experience. Nothing was too much trouble. I wanted some editorial input on the written details and photos promoting my house and Kirsten stayed with me on the whole journey. We were working to a tight deadline and I was making a lot of changes. Kirsten never lost her sense of humour or professionalism throughout. We made the deadline and my house sold in 2 days. You can't argue with that! Thanks Kirsten!!

I have been dealing with Lee Mortier for a house purchase. Lee has been great, he helped to get me the property I wanted after lots of phone calls back and forth. Lee has kept me updated and always called me straight back if not been available when I have called him. Lee is friendly and does his job very well. Would highly recommend him.

Had the pleasure of Minors and Brady selling my house for me. From the word go they have been helpful in every way, I put my house on the market expecting it to be on there a while and they managed to sell it within 4 days. incredible! Thank you to Rosie Turley as our after sale representative I can’t put into words how helpful she was from weekly calls to check upon us right through to pushing for completion at the end and even managed to push a completion through a week early! So thank you it really wasappreciated! Also just want to say thank you to dan overy he was our representative at the very early stages of our sale and without him we wouldn’t have sold the house. Anyone looking for a top estate agent I can’t recommend minors and Brady enough.

Lee Mortier was brilliant from start to finish, as were Connie and Emily. Connie got us a viewing as soon as I called, which was the day the house was advertised. Emily gave us a tour of the home shortly after and Lee and Emily both helped us to negotiate with the seller for a successful accepted offer. It was a smooth and easy experience. I would love to say I will use Lee and the team at Minors and Brady again but I probably won't because I don't plan on ever leaving this beautiful home once I'm in :)

We have been looking at houses with several different estate agents and to be honest most don’t have a clue ,this is the kitchen , this is the bedroom. You can see where I am going with this. I was speaking with my son and he said try Minors and Brady as he knew Jamie.As it so happened we found a house to look at from them.We made appointment very friendly and happy to help.we meet the agent, a young person and I was thinking ,here we go again. I could not have been more wrong. Friendly, happy, very knowledgeable, a good listener I’ll stop there. I just want to say that Jamie and other’s train and treat your staff well. And a special thanks to Emily Bygrave for restoring my faith in the young generation.

We can not speak highly enough of Claire Wilson in the aftersales team. We sold through another Estate Agent and quite frankly are disappointed we didn't choose to sell through Minors & Brady as well as purchase. Claire was incredibly efficient and I truly believe were it not for her our purchase wouldn't have gone through. Cannot recommend them any higher if I tried and if we ever move again, Minors & Brady will be our first port of call!
