We have recently moved from quite a distance and I have been really pleased with the service I received from Minors and Brady. Cassie provided the aftercare and was always there either by email or phone. We did have a tricky two day move and problems with a private road which Cassie was able to assist me chasing Solicitors. Would highly recommend 🤗👍

GoogleWe had a really poor experience with M&B on the sale of our flat. At initial valuation we were “guaranteed” that some offers placed on another flat in our building to be ported over to our flat- when this didn’t happen we were informed it was a “mistake” and there weren’t any offers to port over. There was then a disagreement between our 2 estate agents (as we had dual listed) on who took the sale. We didn’t have a preference over who took it, but the M&B team called our first time buyer threatening that there would be legal action if they didn’t get the sale which almost scared him into withdrawing his offer. Once that was sorted out there were numerous delays in the process of the sale, most of which was due to poor solicitors etc but the initial aftersales was awful. We went months where the only conversation we received from the aftersales lead on our case was ‘FYI’ with forwarded emails. It got to the point we had to ask for the manager of aftersales to take on our case so we received some actual politeness and proactive behaviour. The two stars are for Emma Atkin alone, had she have not taken on our sale when we asked her too I doubt it would have completed, but 8 months later she got us there. Despite Emma being great, we would not list or preferably even buy through M&B again.

Cassandra Creak at Minors and Brady was an absolute star, from the moment the sale was agreed she was on the ball. The sale was not straight forward, and without Cassandra being as proactive as she was I think I may have gone mad. I received regular updates on the progress of the sale and she even stepped in when an issue occurred down the chain, and very quickly had all parties involved talking and the issue was resolved. I cannot speak high enough of her professionalism throughout the process. Thank you Cass

Nigilla was very good at her job,she kept us updated throughout our sale, it has been a strenuous year for us but they pulled it off. The only issues we had was we thought the sales team were abit pushy, we know sales targets must be met BUT they need to go about this another way quite stressful at times but once sold everything went much smoother.. thanks again.

*** AVOID AVOID AVOID *** If I could give a NO star review I would. Right from the beginning, literally, there has been mistake after mistake after mistake. There is never any feedback & communication from them to us was zero; unless to confirm a viewing. Now I have pulled the plug, the manager, Dan, is trying his bullying tactics & threatening all sorts. He can try all he likes but he'll get bored before I do!! If, after all the errors that they've made, they expect to get a penny out of us, then they really are living in cuckoo land. I'd rather give the money to a charity. I gave them a chance & they failed MISERABLY on SEVEN separate occasions. Think SERIOUSLY before using this agent - there are so many better ones out there but we decided to give the underdogs the chance first. Sadly for them, it hasn't worked out but at least I now know that whoever gets our money, they'll have earnt it error free.

Lexi has provided amazing support throughout, organising quotes and contractors, with nothing being too much trouble for her. We had the luxury of buying and selling through Minors and Brady. Whilst it has had many ups and downs since the moment we put an offer in it has all paid off. None of this would be possible without the hard work and perseverance of Nagilla Santos. She has been amazing throughout, no matter the curveballs thrown her way she took it all in her stride to push things forward and get everything back on track. Rosie Turley was the agent that we have been dealing with and she has been excellent and skilled at navigating what turned out to be a tricky and long process. Great customer care. Cass was incredible with the after sales process.
