Cassandra and the whole team at minors and brady caister, are extremely efficient and so helpful with finding buyers for my property. Very knowledgeable about the local area and market. All the viewings were carried out very professionally and I felt in very good hands. When a buyer was found cassandra then supported me through to the exchange and completion. And was always available and very helpful with my queries. I would highly recommend minors and brady!

She was always on the case chasing us;), but also chasing our buyers and both parties solicitors... we believe the sale process would have taken much longer without her. FINALLY exchanged contracts on the sale of my house on Friday, Rosie Turley my relationship manager from start to finish has always been at the other end of the phone and has been incredible (funny aswell) but that’s for a different review. So pleased it was all done with Minors and Brady as was kept all in house and was quick,smooth and definitely less stressful. Rosie thanks so much Debbie and Adam.

GoogleWe purchased our new house through Minors and Brady and Rosie and anyone else we dealt with at the firm were always very helpful. Rosie was great at liaising with our Estate Agent to ensure that every thing was moving in the right direction (our estate agent said Rosie was a little diamond). She always replied to any queries really quickly and was very friendly and informative which was great as we had not moved before. Rosie is a great asset to the team.

Gave all the information needed and more, helped with all little bits that we needed to know, he had all that to hand and was so quick and efficient. Adelaide has been fantastic. Right from the beginning Adelaide has been so kind and helpful with our unique situation and she always went above and beyond to try and help where she could. We had a very good experience with minors and Brady. Liam was great during our valuation, really explained everything the company has to offer and how everything works. Our photography with Brad was very thorough and the pictures are great. Mia was brilliant in sorting our brochure and listing to go on the market! This was very quick and efficient and we couldn’t be more grateful for the service we have received so far!

Our sale & purchase have been a bit of a rollercoaster but Nagilla Santos has been a light in the gloom that we have often felt. Nagilla is highly efficient and has pushed those who needed pushing very professionally. She's also very personable and has been a pleasure to deal with.
