We are first time buyers and have just exchanged! Minors and Brady have been excellent from start to finish talking us through this process which we thought might be quite daunting to start with! Everyone on the team that we have spoken to have been very friendly and helpful. The after sales care advisor Jess Kemp has been very reassuring, she’s kept us informed every step of the way. We’ve now exchanged on our 2 properties we have sold with Minors and Brady. Firstly, the after sales care we have received from Jess Kemp has been great, we were working to a certain move date and Jess went above and beyond to make sure this date was met with a chain of 4 houses. She was always proactive progressing the chain and was always really clear and honest with any updates and always a pleasure to talk to and make time for us. The whole transaction from having the property valued, viewing taking place and after sales has been seamless and really made a stressful time actually enjoyable.Thank you to the whole team!

Nagilla at Minors and Brady was incredibly helpful throughout my process of buying my first home. I am new to the process as I have never bought a house before and had lots of questions. Nagilla would always answer my questions promptly and help me out. Some of the process was delayed due to solicitors and I could tell Nagilla was passionate at getting me updates especially when I was starting to get impatient. Spoke to Mia Staff about the viewing we had in advance and she guided me and assisted me on a viewing time to suit around me. After putting in an offer being accepted. Mia was extremely helpful with the next steps and guidance, this is a great help being a first time buyer myself and not knowing the process.I recommend speaking to Mia, if you need someone with good knowledge about the market, someone being honest with you and giving you guidance with paperwork side of things. A very responsive and efficient company. Appointments made quickly and professionally by the staff taking the enquiry (Kerry?)Elle met us on two days for several viewings and was always prompt, polite, informative and friendly. Queries raised were communicated back to the office and we received call backs and information very quickly from the lady who dealt with them. House hunting is not easy but very impressed with all involved.

Maggi and I met with Joe Slaughter (Property Consultant) at Blacksmith lane Cottage on Thursday 18th April. Immediately Joe came across as very engaging and proceeded to give us a guided tour of the cottage. His manner was very bright and listened to anything we had to say. He clearly had done his homework and answered pretty much all our questions but in addition he offered more with his personality and brightness. We have viewed a fair few properties recently and Joe is by far the must engaging and caring agent we have come across. The vendor should be very pleased that Joe presented this cottage as we are definitely booking a second viewing. Thank you Joe and hope to see you on second viewing.

So far my experience with Minors and Brady has been very positive. Very friendly and attentive and respond to email and phone queries quickly. I have managed to get many positive viewings on my property within the first week of it being listed. We have been very impressed with Minors and Brady right from the beginning of our search for a property through to the final stages of exchanging on the purchase of our new property. Our home took a year to sell, they do not all sell in the first couple of weeks. Minors & Brady were the third agent we used to advertise our property, so I was quite sceptical whether they could do what the other agents we used, could not. Thankfully though, this special team of agents sold our house where others had failed.Everyone at M&B has been so helpful and special mention must go to Connie, whose performance with regard to our sale, has been exemplary.We will not use Minors & Brady again, as this is our seventh move and we do not intend to repeat this process, as we are now well into our sixties.However, should any of our family or friends decide to sell their property, then we would have no hesitation in recommending the team at Minors & Brady.Thanks everybody, Grand JobRod & Jo Plumb

On Wednesday 17th December I was shown around a property in Great Yarmouth by a very courteous young man named Roman. He met me at the front of the property and continued showing me around the apartment with complete confidence. On chatting to him he said it was only his third week in the job. He answered my questions with all the information he had to hand with complete confidence. This guy will go a long way in his career as an estate agent. He's a very great asset to the company of Minors and Brady based in Caister Norfolk.

It was our second time that we used Minors and Brady in the last 3 years and they been amazing. Sold our flat in the first viewing and in just less then 3 months we completed .Nagilla was the person I was dealing with she was amazing. Always chased things up and even when the soldiers where taking their time she would give them a knodge and keep them moving forward.I won't be definitely looking for any other estate agents when I am going to be selling my next property. GoogleHighly recommend. Once we had accepted an offer, Rosie was always available for any questions I had and was great at passing information to the buyer and vice versa when necessary. Connie was also brilliant in helping to find the perfect buyer for my grandparents home. She gave honest and useful advice when talking through offers, and made the whole process much easier. We were highly recommended to use Minors and Brady by some friends and we are beyond pleased we did. From the initial meeting, valuation, photos, sale process to now the after care phase they have been faultless. Connie has been superb with regular communication and updates and flexible to our working hours and demands. Our house has sold in under a week and we truly believe it is down to their excellent work, highly professional photos and efficient communication. They do come with slightly higher cost but this is, in our opinion, completely worth it for all the above reasons! Thanks to all the team at Minors and Brady!

GoogleI had to write this review! We are looking to relocate and in the whole stress of the it, Steven has been a beacon of light in our journey. From the first conversation to the viewing, Steven has been so helpful, professional and no question was too much for him. He double and triple checked everything I was asking for with the same positive attitude. He also has been very accommodating as I was travelling from far for the viewings, and making sure I wouldn't travel for nothing. He even shared needed insight about the different areas we consider for relocation. Top notch! I'll definitely go with Minors and Brady when we look for the next property to buy.
