'MINORS AND SHADY' Found a house with minors and Brady. We had an offer accepted and the house was off the market. We listed with them due to buying with them. All was good. They told us to get solicitors to speed up the process (we paid solicitors) After that they then went behind our back and kept having viewings and taking offers on the STC we had. They pushed the others up by 30k a then went ahead to bump up there commission. No contact from them to inform us while we were still paying solicitors to get the deal done. Seeing many other reviews this is a common practice. Would not trust.

My review is specifically for Karol. What a wonderful young man. Karol came today to value our property. Karol was very professional, polite and most importantly relatable. Karol had a fantastic knowledge of housing market and the area, it was clear he knew exactly what he was doing and talking about. Karol is a superb representation of the company. Precise and thorough service!

Elle was very welcoming when we arrived to view the property. Our conversations were always friendly and professional and we left feeling that we knew everything that we needed to know. Given that we were viewing a flat, there are several matters that we needed to be clear about and Elle had all the information ready to give us. We certainly enjoyed the viewing, and meeting the current owner who was also very helpful, and are considering making an offer.

Jess kept me updated all the way

Jess kept me updated all the way, especially when the Vendor's solicitor was not being communicative. She acted as a liaison between the Vendor and myself, which meant we could discuss and agree on things, in a quicker timeframe than the solicitors would have done. She was helpful and always pleasant. I can endorse Minors and Brady and especially their post-sale agreement team. Also, a shout out to Hannah who did the initial "show round" the property and very kindly sent videos of the walk round as my husband was not well enough to see the whole property. She was also very pleasant.

Sold my house twice through Minors and Brady Unthank road . Team have been super helpful both on sale front and after sales . Claire has been pro active throughout the process , keeping my buyers engaged and chasing updates through Solictors / estate agents / other parties and although somewhat blunt at times , I can appreciate the directness which is what this process needs . I wouldn’t want anyone else to handle my sale in the future , if you want a no thrills on the ball team to take care of your sale and after sales id have a chat with them .

For Rosie Turley and team. Considering the horror stories I'd heard about estate agents, and the fact this was my first house purchase, the team at Minors and Brady made a very good impression. Considering the amount of work and turnover they have, they answered calls promptly, or phoned back when available and responded to questions I had throughout the purchase. They were also very good at keeping me in the loop or pushing info on, even when several people dealt with the case. Purchase took longer than expected, but that was mostly down to me. Joe has been really helpful and forthcoming when it’s come to arranging viewings and showing us round a property. He’s given us time and space to look around the house our own time, whilst being fully available to answer any questions we have. Best agents in Norfolk

Have used M&B a few times now for purchase and renting a flat and they're the best in the business. Everyone works at a cracking pace to get the job done - they sold my house off market saving us a huge amount of hassle initially, when that fell through (our fault not theirs) they had it listed and sold again within a week. From offer to completion took 8 weeks thanks to the amazing Rosie, a powerhouse who just gets stuff done. Matthew in Norwich is also mega. If only everyone in the chain could work like this team. We have been pleased with the interaction via telephone, e mail and face to face that we have had from Minors and Brady. All the staff we have dealt with over the telephone have been helpful and efficient.Yesterday we viewed a property on their books and Hannah from Minors and Brady was there punctually waiting to greet us as we arrived. Head and shoulders above the rest

We moved to Minors and Brady after the EA we were using didn't seem to be doing anything to sell our house, just blaming a 'difficult market'. M&B came in, and changed the game. There marketing tools and techniques are first class, and they were very proactive which was the key.In particular I would like to mention Claire Wilson - she has been an absolute hero.
