My genuine recommendation

As house sales go, this was great and very quick given the market. Liam and Matthew who I initially spoke with about using Minors and Brady were self assured and plain speaking, what a refreshing change for estate agents! No hard sell, just facts and the right amount of follow up.I knew what I wanted and had been watching the market avidly so didn't need much guidance, but they were reassuring and facilitated my needs very well. Just the right service.The service after choosing Minors and Brady was also exemplary. Rosie Turkey was efficient, thorough and very warm. Which was very welcome given the reasons for my sale. Everything was clearly explained and made easy. I would happily buy or sell with them again. In fact I'd be very likely to seek them out!Thank you all. After a bereavement full of difficult times and challenging companies to deal with, you provided a welcome and kind service.

Serious house sellers - Top of their game!

From the outset, i was impressed by Minors and Brady's "Go To Market" strategy, rather than others.. show up and wait for the market to come to us...Kyle was with us through the whole process and made sure all things were in balance in the chain.. Cassandra CreakeThis was the easiest sale of a property I have ever had. There was no ongoing chain but even so Cassandra kept us informed of exactly where we were in the process at all times. We were given advance warning of when the buyers wanted to complete and everything ran very smoothly. Buyers were found for the property very quickly. Some companies are not very good at sales progression but Minors and Brady were excellent.

'MINORS AND SHADY' Found a house with minors and Brady. We had an offer accepted and the house was off the market. We listed with them due to buying with them. All was good. They told us to get solicitors to speed up the process (we paid solicitors) After that they then went behind our back and kept having viewings and taking offers on the STC we had. They pushed the others up by 30k a then went ahead to bump up there commission. No contact from them to inform us while we were still paying solicitors to get the deal done. Seeing many other reviews this is a common practice. Would not trust.

Precise and thorough service!

Elle was very welcoming when we arrived to view the property. Our conversations were always friendly and professional and we left feeling that we knew everything that we needed to know. Jess kept me updated all the way

Jess kept me updated all the way, especially when the Vendor's solicitor was not being communicative. She acted as a liaison between the Vendor and myself, which meant we could discuss and agree on things, in a quicker timeframe than the solicitors would have done. She was helpful and always pleasant. I can endorse Minors and Brady and especially their post-sale agreement team. Also, a shout out to Hannah who did the initial "show round" the property and very kindly sent videos of the walk round as my husband was not well enough to see the whole property. She was also very pleasant.

Sold my house twice through Minors and Brady Unthank road . Team have been super helpful both on sale front and after sales . Claire has been pro active throughout the process , keeping my buyers engaged and chasing updates through Solictors / estate agents / other parties and although somewhat blunt at times , I can appreciate the directness which is what this process needs . I wouldn’t want anyone else to handle my sale in the future , if you want a no thrills on the ball team to take care of your sale and after sales id have a chat with them .

For Rosie Turley and team. Considering the horror stories I'd heard about estate agents, and the fact this was my first house purchase, the team at Minors and Brady made a very good impression. Considering the amount of work and turnover they have, they answered calls promptly, or phoned back when available and responded to questions I had throughout the purchase. They were also very good at keeping me in the loop or pushing info on, even when several people dealt with the case. Purchase took longer than expected, but that was mostly down to me. Joe has been really helpful and forthcoming when it’s come to arranging viewings and showing us round a property. He’s given us time and space to look around the house our own time, whilst being fully available to answer any questions we have. Amazing! Estate agents get a bad rep. And Rosie from M & B has been utterly amazing every step of the way.
