Ange has been fantastic

Ange has been fantastic! When selling our home we wanted a local trustworthy and good agent and all the reviews we got for Ange&co were fantastic. From the start they were quick, professional but most importantly they were lovely people. From the photos to viewings, every Ange&co employee was outstanding. a BIG shout out to Ange herself- most owners are corporate and in the background but not her. She was so involved, charismatic, genuine and honest. Her guidance and expertise was second to none and she made the whole experience better.We also purchased through Ange and even then they were fantastic still! We had so much information and through our whole process we got so many updates that we were grateful for. They really went above and beyond! Near the end we found out Ange was merging with Minors and Brady which made us a bit apprehensive as we didn’t pick them for a reason. But knowing Ange would see our purchase and sale though was comforting. It’s sad to see Ange&Co merge. We just hope Minors and Brady really appreciate they have the best in their midst with Ange and appreciate her expertise and personality that draws people in. Overall, a huge massive pink thank you to Ange, and her team. Selling and buying is a headache but you all made the experience so much smoother and personal.

Rosie was my aftersales rep and what a rollercoaster we went on...a very turbulent rollercoaster. 7 months from listing to exchange and we finally did it. Rosie was more than empathetic, I felt like she was as invested in the sale as much as I was and I know she also went on a similar journey with our buyers...when we cried, so did she, when we swore, so did she and when we finally got to the finish line at 17:05 on the day of exchange then I'm sure she sighed as much of a relief as I did. Rosie, I'd like to say I'll miss talking to you but I couldnt be happier this journey is finally over. It's been a pleasure having you along for the ride!

If you are in the market of selling your home in the near term please do consider Minors & Brady Estate Agents and Lettings. Today we had a very tangible near disastrous situation with setting a completion date and near chain collapse for all 5 of us. The wonder that is Rosie Turley stepped up and went above and beyond to carefully mediate and manage the situation and I’m sure without her it would’ve fallen apart. Not withstanding the fact the marketing and photography is superb, the after sales experience is very important when selling a home and Rosie offers a 5* service. Thank you Rosie 🤍⭐️

We cannot thank Rosie in the Norwich office enough for everything she has done for us in the last 5 months. She's been a rock and always available to chat and explain the numerous bumps along the road when we were unsure. Excellent service from Aysegul

I had a rental property in Caister and instructed Minors & Brady to sell after a professional valuation and realistic sale price. The house was sold before it reached the market with the first to view buying. This is often when agents lose interest but not with Minors & Brady. Aysegul Capti was the sales progressor and she was excellent. Weekly calls to ensure that I was kept up to date and when the exchange date seemed to be drifting she was in contact with the solicitors on both sides to get the exchange completed as requested. A great service from Aysegul and M&B would do well to hold on to her!

Jess did a brilliant job for us!

Jess has done a fantastic job with our house purchase. She has always made sure she is available and communicates in a clear and concise manor. I have felt that Jess has gone above and beyond for us at times, often covering shortcomings from the solicitor and she has always made sure things get done! I would definitely recommend Jess and the Minors & Brady team to a friend. I know they often say when you're buying a house that the estate agent works for the seller and not the buyer, but I have absolutely not found this to be the case and am overall very pleased with the service we have received.

Very polite and helpful staff in the Sales dept. Cassandra Creak was enormously helpful with a very difficult move. The 5 stars is for the Sales team. Sadly, we didn't have such a good experience with the Letting team. The place we rented from them had numerous problems, some of which were never fixed, including a nasty slug problem in the kitchen and bathroom. They are not flexible with the date you give a month's notice. Because of the date we gave notice, we are having to pay a further month's rent. Renters beware!!!
