Leaders was very helpful in every way. I am new to Norwich and I am not even originally from the UK. Alex was the one who assisted me all the way until the day that I have moved in into my property. He was able to help me out as well with the broadband and even extended his helping hand in giving me the digits on who to reach out in setting up the gas and the electricity of the property. They treat every client with so much respect and even made some follow ups right after I have moved in. Thank you so much guys! You were such a big help in my journey here in Norwich. 5 star rating is not even enough!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Myself and my partner tried to phone "lettings" team to arrange viewings for 2 weeks and never once was the phone answered. Email sent, numerous voicemails and RightMove mails and huess what.... no replies or call backs. Had to then go to the agency only to be told "property has been rented". What... In 1 day there was a viewing and let agreed!!! Funny thing is that there is always someone in but phone is never answered. Were told "busy time" but when they were not busy at all. Overall not impressed. Not calling them again. Very poor service, almost non-existent if not for the phone ringing and ringing and ringing and ringing and thenhearing... "voicemail full". Yes, probably will also get a generic comment to this review but who cares... Not calling them ever again!!

Very good service received at the lettings office in Norwich. We were booked in for a viewing during the week. We received a booking confirmation via text. The lady who conducted the viewing arrived on time and was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. We were able to register our interest for the flat at the office on the day. We received a call from them within 1 hour to confirm that the landlord was happy to go ahead with our application to rent. We applied on the same day at the office and Mica was so welcoming and efficient that going through the process was a breeze. Happy with the service at the office.

I found the whole process of renting my new flat with Leaders to be well taken care of. I especially liked that I could read through the contracts in my own time and sign and return them digitally. It definitely saved valuable time. Alex kept me informed at all times at how I was progressing and when I could expect everything to happen, and he kept to his word and called me back when promised etc. I find the agent fees to be quite excessive, but on the whole was happy with the service received.

Alex was very helpful from start to finish. He was quick at getting back to us and very professional. The only issue we had with leaders was that they could not seem to tell us when we could collect the keys on our moving in date. However, after numerous phone calls Alex and the manager went above and beyond to ensure that we could move in as early as possible given the circumstances. Overall, our experience was very pleasant and we would definitely recommend leaders to anyone looking to buy or rent a property. Thanks Alex!!

This was my first time renting through an agency and I was a bit apprehensive about the process, however Leaders have been really fantastic. All of the team that I have dealt with have been helpful Nicole, Stefan and particularly Alex who is so friendly, polite and really went above and beyond to help us throughout the process. I have been particularly impressed with how Alex has worked with us to find alternatives if needed - to be honest I tend to think of estate agents as not being very flexible but Leaders have been quite the opposite. Unprofessional from the bottom to the top. No customer care at all. Avoid this company. I agree with the review below, be very careful to get everything in writing as they do not honour what they say to you on the phone and will actually lie and say that haven’t said things that they have said. This happened to us on multiple occasions. I received a hamper from leaders to apologise for the way we were treated. So it was good that they finally took responsibility for their shortcomings. My overall experience with has been excellent over many years, and I would like to single out both Sam Bennett and George Batley, the past and present property managers for my house at 55 West End Street. George took over from Sam recently and I have nothing but praise for George's efficiency, conscientiousness, friendliness, intelligence, and good advice. I have one small issue but this has nothing to do with either Sam or George: sometimes when I request the statement of income and expenditure for the property for my UK income tax, the finance department takes a while to get this to me. But on the whole I am more than satisfied with the service provided.

I was looking for a house for a while, until I heard on social media about the Leaders agency, my wife and I decided to contact them, we got in touch with Jack, an exemplary agent who in a few days -he found the house we wanted, we went, we saw it, we liked it, and we started the process for renting, a process that is not complicated at all due to the support offered by Leaders! I am happy to report that I have received excellent service and support from Kimberly Loftus, Property Manager for Leaders Letting & Estate Agents in Norwich, for her swift action to tend to my needs. The boiler in my house stopped working during a very cold week and she was quick to make arrangements through my Landlord to have one of Leader's contractors install a replacement. She deserves a lot of credit for her efficiency and concern to make sure that I would have heat and hot water in in the house again. She is indeed an asset to Leaders and I thank her for all that she has done.

Leaders have been looking after my properties for over 20 years now, and as I live overseas, have continuously given me excellent service. Emma and Katie go above and beyond just a "normal service"...they have been happy to answer my questions out of office hours, ( I live in Australia) . They dont just tell me what needs doing, they are always happy to talk through options and when asked, offer advise based on their experience. I cannot recommend them, or Leaders highly enough... and to be honest.. I wish they would look after my Australian Properties, as I cant find anyone that comes close to them here!

Our experience with leaders was very positive. Jack Carter, who was our agent was brilliant. We had just moved to the UK and a lot of landlords were not very happy to rent to us as we did not have any previous references or credit history in the UK. But Jack did a great job of helping us secure the property that we are currently in. We had a few glitches along the way, but he was very professional and helpful throughout the process. My Overall experience with Leaders was positive, however I have two issues. The first was that when securing my property to rent I was told that a higher offer was made for the property but the amount could not be disclosed. I did some research and it looks like not disclosing the amount is a tactic to drive up the amount of money gained by the landlord/estate agent, to encourage a renter to offer more money than they have to, as there is no law that says offers cannot be disclosed. While I still feel that the house I am renting was worth it I can't say that this is a practice I particularly agree with, especially as the cost of living/renting is currently so high, and if I was not hard pressed to find somewhere to live quickly I might have declined to make an offer if the estate agent was acting like this. I also had quite a lot of problems sorting out my tenancy agreement and while it was sorted in the end the process was a little rough and at times what I had to do and provide was not made clear. A big thank you however to Thomas who was very helpful and managed to sort out everything in the end.

Having rented with many other local estate agents I was amazed by the difference in practicing standards. Everything was prompt, thorough and professional, from correspondence and advice to legal documents and fees. Let was agreed, all checks completed and collected keys within three days of putting in my application. In contrast, the same process took a month with the last property I rented, which was with Arnold Keys. Property manager Jess Carney was friendly and extremely helpful, explaining each step clearly. Making the process smooth, stress free and easy. Would highly recommend and would certainly use again.

I have been letting a property through Leaders of Norwich for a number of years now, ever since they took over Temples Property Management. As I had some bad experiences with Temples, I had my misgivings but I decided to remain with Leaders for a while to see how they would improve things for a landlord like me. I am now very glad I did. The service from Lettings Sales team in the City has been consistently good. They are efficient and I have never had a void of more than a couple of weeks over the years they have handled the letting of my property. Moreover they have always achieved a good, fair rent on each occasion, and quality tenants. However, Leaders particular strength is their Property Managers team based in their office at Cringleford. My current property manager, Lacie (like her predecessor, Beckie) has proved to be excellent. Not only do they get things done quickly and efficiently but they provide good advice and know the right quality tradesmen and services to sort out any issues that have arisen. All in all, I would recommend Leaders (Norwich) wholeheartedly.

Absolutely brilliant! Myself and my best friend were looking for a nice house at a decent rate within the city, after speaking to Alex Clemmett we were able to book in the viewing, arrange deposits and secure the house within two days!
