Tenant review. I’d take all these 5 star reviews with a big dollop of salt. Clear bot army on this one. Awful agency. I’d strongly advise people to avoid Leaders if possible. From the start they have been appalling to deal with. They seem to exclusively hire children straight out of school and offer the poor kids zero training. House I moved into was filthy (including a toilet full of human waste) and covered with damage not listed on the inventory. The damage reporting portal just doesn’t work, it seems like a way for leaders to just file stuff away in a bin. Genuinely one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.

Having moved many times within Norwich, I’ve come across many letting agents, and would recommend Leaders over all of them! Emma Trett particularly has been so kind, patient and efficient when dealing with the random issues that come from renting. Emma always ensured to deal with any issue promptly, and I have felt like a well respected tenant, which often isn’t the case. She’s also kept us in the loop with any information we need, and offered to do as much as she can! Would definitely recommend Leaders.

DO NOT waste your time with these guys as they are a bunch of monkeys and don’t know what they are doing. Every time I have called about a rental property I have been told a different answer! I’m shocked at how bad the service is that I have received by Leaders. I’m moving from Buckinghamshire to Norwich and have been completely misinformed and messed around. They have lied to me and wasted my time! Don’t waste yours by using this company!

Olivia has recently been helping myself in terms of finding a property within my budget.
