I was recently with leaders Norwich to find a 2 bedroom house. My dedicated contact was Alex Clemmett, from the start to the collection of keys Alex had made the journey so easy I didn’t have to visit the branch except for collection of keys. Overall prompt email responses, good communication and made my move comfortable and smooth especially with a gift pack in the end. Leaders was a great lettings agent, and our property manager Jess Carney was incredible! We had a few issues with appliances at the property and every time we emailed Jess she replied quickly and gave us so much help. She really stood by us and made sure we felt comfortable and safe in our home. She would chase up vendors and the landlord to make sure issues were dealt with quickly and effectively. After calling about 10 agents in Norwich to get some expert help for renting a home rather than just looking online, I was close to giving up as no help/advice was given, then right at the end of the day I spoke to Jack Carter at Leaders. Jack was a complete professional and actually took the time to understand what I was looking for and match me to a property and a landlord that would be right for me. Having bought and sold properties and rented, previous experience has told me you only get good service when you are buying/selling but Jack has changed my mind on this, and for once I didn’t feel like they ‘were doing me a favour’, top notch service at Leaders! Throughout the process Jack kept me informed and doing business with Leaders was easy, even in this current pandemic!

So grateful to the leaders team, especially Alex! The place we were originally supposed to move into unfortunately fell through a week before our move in date. Alex was absolutely on it and helped us find a new house within a few hours.
