Oh my goodness.. these are the Worst letting agents I have ever dealt with. Complete lack of communication.. and when they do eventually communicate, its a different person every time. They make up rules as they go along. They charge for inspections that never happen. I would advise any tenants, landlords or property buyers to STAY AWAY.

Despite the review from the previous tenant, we had a very positive experience with Leaders. Jack Carter was exceptionally helpful and our move was managed without any problems. Updating my review from positive to negative. Before signing any contracts (as a landlord) I was dealing with someone competent and helpful. As soon as I had signed, I was handed over to someone who was reluctant to speak on the phone, confused every issue to the point that I had to speak directly to tenants to even understand what was happening, seemed to take the path of least resistance every time and did not represent my best interests. I would strongly discourage anyone from accepting the no deposit scheme as when it came to it, since the tenant preferred not to pay for damages, in order to fight this, there was an enormous charge to take it further! Using a normal deposit scheme, this would all be free. At every turn, I was out of pocket and the tenants were not held accountable. This was not an awful service but it wasn't good either and I have several issues with the service provided. If you are just looking for an agent to make your life easier, do it yourself or go elsewhere, leaders made my life so much more complicated than it needed to be and charged me hundreds of pounds a month for the pleasure 🤦🏼‍♂️ additionally, I would recommend getting all numbers in writing as agreed upon deals were not honoured.
