GoogleIm generally not a huge fan of estate agents, but I must say that Haart have been everything you would want. Aaron, who ive been dealing with is someone who was confident of his own abilities to sell a property challenged himself to sell my place within a couple of weeks at a very good price. I said that I would be extremely surprised if he was able to do that he did it, AND faster than he had said. Haart are not cheap (at least compared to my experience) but it seems you are probably paying for a Rolls Royce service here. I was extremely impressed. Not to mention just how helpful those in the office are, even if they dont need to be. They are the real ones looking out for Earlham House.

GoogleI've found Harrt generally very helpful and have had better communication with them than other estate agents I've dealt with in the past. Rosie in particular has been extremely helpful and knowledgable about the properties she has shown me. She has offed help and advice about relevant trades people for works on properties and gone out of her way to drop me at Norwich train station after viewings to make it easier for me to get home. Ed

FacebookI don’t really know where to begin ! First thing we didn’t get keys when told we would and had to be old of the current property ASAP so this caused problems. We also got over charged after bring it up they did refund When we finally got keys and went in to our new home the electric plug boxes where hanging off walls. The plug in cupboard under sink for washing machine wasn’t safe I got an electric shock plug started hissing. Still waiting for an electrician We also have no heating none of the radiators work !! It’s freezing nobody is helping us out The carpet in bedroom is biscuit colour or should be it’s stained in what looks like cats pee and smells like it. All covered in black marks The bathroom wall is coming away and curving ! The garden is a complete mess with a meter by meter hole in the fence in to next doors garden. A shed is up and is completely following part it has two posts holding up as it’s on the slant. There rubbish stores all down the sides of it. The back gate once opened get stuck really hard to close again and the lock doesn’t line up with bolt. You can only access it from inside of garden too. The back door is extremely week and could easily be broken in to.
Forgot to mention the shower is either boiling hot or freezing never on a nice temperature

GoogleI visited five Estate Agents including haart to enable me to choose which one to market my property with. The first three were pretty much what I expected - not bad. One chose not to listen properly & knocked themselves out of the running because of it. haart was the last one I visited. (Unknown to myself at the time it turned out I had left the best to last). What a refreshing difference! I firstly met with Danielle. Wayne also had some very helpful local knowledge. Their follow up was very timely & accurate. Shortly after I met Joanne at the property, measured up, took photos and arranged the brochure for my approval all within 'the blink of an eye' What I have seen so far tells me this is great team work with who clearly enjoy what they do! A 'well oiled machine'

GoogleWhat a star you have working for your company, Wayne Blue. He does what he says he going to do. If it wasn't for him I'm sure we would have a major problem of losing a property we want to buy. He has liased with the developer and other solicitors, but his remit was to sell our house. He's gone above and beyond of what we expected of a estate agent. We cannot thank him enough

GoogleI viewed a property with Louie, which was not suitable for my purposes. About a week later Louie phoned me to tell me about a property coming onto the market that he thought I would be interested in. He had obviously taken note of what I was looking for as I put an offer in on that property the day after my viewing. Louie turned up on time for the viewings and was pleasant throughout.

FacebookA month before we were supposed to move into our house I was informed (only because I rang up to check) that the current tenant was not moving out of the house and that we would have to find somewhere else. No help was given whatsoever just promises of links to properties which were never received. To top it all off the company didn't care less and still haven't refunded our deposit. Even after physically driving 4 hour to go into the branch to give card details and emailing card details as well. I would not recommend at all. Especially if you are student because you will be left with a month to find a house and they won't even care
