Fully managed to this team means basically do it yourself and they’ll take your money anyway ?? Even if you complain it’s not taken seriously! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

GoogleHaart at the Golden Triangle Branch put buyers and sellers first. All the agents are charming and friendly - they always go the extra mile. When a deal is made the support for that continues throughout the process. This is a highly personal service whether you are buying or selling and I would recommend them highly. FacebookWARNING I would strongly advise against using Haart lettings as they still haven't paid my daughter her deposit back...despite her handing the keys in six weeks ago, and the landlord releasing it. She has called them numerous times but is still waiting despite emails to say it will be in her bank in 5 working days. Think we may need to take legal action.

Sam very kindly let us view the property outside of usual working hours, and helped us to organise a few appointments before our planned exchange so we could plan work to do in advance. FacebookIf you care about your and your family health don’t let anything from this agency!!!! This situation what MRS.RACHEL get us in is unbelievable! We rushed to moved and this lady just use this situation to cheat and fraud us. She send us fake property video.First at all she was speaking all the time about two bedrooms property I’m so curious where are second bedroom is.Second-mould all over the bathroom walls,walls literally falling apart!for the whole property one small window able to open! 😭😭😭 Carpet in room whole stained and pissed from animals!Cant get rid of the mould smell even after daily desinfecting! After two months of DAILY calling on property management nothing was done.And absolute bonus is the upstairs neighbour what leaving us restless day-night doesn’t matter we are not able to sleep without him shouting all the time. Wanted get out of contract and what we were told? To pay charges!!!!!!!!!! Ridiculous,hope nobody of you will get cheated as we did! 😰😰😰😰😰😰

FacebookAbsolute joke, misleading , will rope you in and fill you with untruths just to receive deposits etc from you, then leave you homeless and blame everyone else other than themselves. Look out for them and this story in the local press soon and a feature on WATCHDOG with some key people within the industry giving their opinion on Haart Norwich too. Please don't just take my word look on TrustPilot etc for some truly shockingly bad reviews then make your own mind up. They also misuse their Card Payment Machine which the FCA will be looking into. So be cautious about paying them any monies via telephone with a Credit or Debit Card!!

GoogleIf you are wanting to rent out a property then STAY AWAY from Haarts. They forgot to do an inventory and didn't sort out a leak until 2 months later when the roof came in. Appalling service!
