We would just like to thank the following member of staff from the Haart team in Norwich (Victoria Reek). From the initial valuation appointment to selling my property (amazingly, in a very short time frame) Victoria has been an absolute rock of support to us as a family. Not having moved in over 29 years we were very out of date of the process of buying and selling and didn’t know where to start. We were in two minds over which estate agent to go with and had two or three valuations as advised. We instantly connected with Victoria’s values and promised ongoing support (which she 100% delivered throughout). Other agents valued slightly higher however we had complete confidence that Victoria’s valuation was a true reflection of what the property was honestly worth and realistically what price it would sell for. The whole process was made seamless, and the support offered was invaluable as Victoria answered all our questions and concerns via text, phone call or email whenever she was free and always responded in a friendly, courteous and timely manner. Victoria Reek was the sole reason we chose Haart to sell our house with as completely related to her as an honest, genuine member of the Haart team and very knowledgeable in her field. She was objective and transparent filling us all with complete confidence and made the process of selling our house and buying another property virtually stress free. From the start of my journey to find a property, Joanne Pennells was the only estate agent who took an active interest in my search and gave me lots of options. Thank you so much to Hayley Burton-Pye, without her this sale would not have happened. Hayley is the Move Manager once she took over she was amazing. She updated every day, sometimes multiple times a day because of the urgency of the sale. She followed up consistently with the sellers, ensuring they provided all the documents my solicitor requested. The seller's solicitors were appalling - do not use Fosters - their lack of professionalism meant my mortgage offer would have expired, they just sat on paperwork. i have just exchanged and due to complete my first home tmr which was sold with HAART and the experience was amazing! Joanna was brilliant in the initial viewing, very prompt reply on price negotiation and was helpful with the second and third viewings. As a first time buyer who's very stressed about the whole process and in the pressure of moving out asap from the rental property, Hayley was very helpful and always kept me updated about the progress of the seller's solicitor. She is very approchable, always reply to my calls and helped me chasing up both solicitors and sellers to facilitate the buying process! Without Haley's help, i would be in a lot of stress chasing up solicitor's progress and wont' be able to complete in less than 3 months during covid pandemic! As a buyer, I am so glad that the seller chose Haart as their agent which makes my life so much easier. i will definitely happy to use Haart service again in the future and recommend to all my friends. I have used Haart Norwich Golden Triangle after my previous estate agent let me down. They have been brilliant and I could not recommend them enough. They were professional and proactive. After my house had not sold despite lots of viewings with my previous agent, Haart had a great approach to it, advised on changing the pricing structure, organised and open day and my house sold on the first viewing, achieving top price. I have dealt with Rosie and Joanne and they have both been great. Professional and friendly and Rosie is specialising in home staging to help present your home better. The support team in the office have also been good and they have always communicated well about any issues (e.g appointments running late). In all a great experience and I am very grateful. Also their opening hours and flexibility of conducting viewings has been excellent... and specialising in my area was a great bonus.

After having such a successful experience with Haart and the purchase of my property, I had no hesitation in using there services again for the sale 3 years later. Once again they were, as a team, friendly, efficient, reliable, always returned calls and did not chase the entire time, as I have experienced with other estate agents in the past. Photos were taken and my house was promptly put on the market, the house was sold immediately. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to take my house of the market. Haart at no time, even after all the work done, made me feel awkward at the fact I had withdrawn and we're very kind and understanding. Cannot recommend highly enough!
