GoogleI found it necessary to have an valuation on my home which Bruce Devlin handled. Prior to visiting he evaluated properties in the area and arrived armed with data. During the visit he appreciated the improvement work and expansions to the property, the level of finishes, flow and functionality. Throughout the visit he was professional, courteous and had insights into aspects of the property that I had not even considered which would enhance the valuation. GooglePossibly the friendliest estate agents that we have had the pleasure to do business with and very helpful. Viewing and reviewing appointments kept as arranged. Polite, pleasant and helpful agent. There will always be questions and hiccups in the process of buying property but these were all dealt with quickly. Would highly recommend Haarts.

GoogleTerrible experience, booked a viewing a day before and confirmed verbally due to short notice to be just over 24 hrs after. Came exact on time, not given house number and no one I could contact, called the office again twice and they said they will send them urgent messages, and contact me back and they never did. Wasted 40 minutes of my tight schedule today.

GoogleFinally getting round to writing this: Got moved into a house that I wasn’t told was up for sale, with a broken toilet and cooker for way longer than a is okay to function with. (They said that ‘they didn’t know it was up for sale’ however I was moved in very quickly and this is probably why they didn’t bother fixing anything) had the second estate agents walking through the house constantly (including through the front door which lead to my bedroom) ….oh, and the landlord broke into my room while I was in safe housing to “get to the WiFi” but never bothered to contact me and ask. Wasn’t payed the reimbursement I was offered. They knew I had a disability as well. When I came back it looked like people had been squatting in the house it was so dirty and the other tenants were happy living in such strange circumstances….and finally, they were “not allowed to give me the landlords contact information” but they also ‘didn’t know’ how the other tenants had contacted the landlord to smash my door in and it ‘definitely wasn’t through contacting haart.’

She has devoted a lot of her time unconditionally for us recently, giving market appraisals on both of our properties and the amount of time she spent discussing our options with my wife and I was no issue for her. Marie’s priority was clearly focused towards our own happiness. Her honesty and personable character has been invaluable in our decision making and we have no doubt that she will always be our first contact whenever we need house sales advice. Clearly someone with many years experience in estate agency, with a great depth of knowledge.

GoogleAfter being frustrated by another agency, Haart came through for me and my roommate, they are VERY PROFFESSIONAL! we talked to Callum Warren and Mathew Cardwell and they were very kind, good customer service, clear communication and the process was fast we got a nice two bedroom house and very affordable in a perfect location. I highly recommend Haart if you want fast and good customer service. We are happy and can’t thank them enough….
