I got amazing support from Evie. Went well above and beyond what I would expect over and over again and made the process far smoother and less painful than it otherwise would have been. Always very proactive with communication and was very supportive and helpful - especially when we had some problems with solicitors. Even continued to help me out after completion when I realised I'd forgotten to get meter readings. Thanks Evie!

Recommended. I moved to selling my house to Haart having been let-down by the unprofessional behaviour of another Norwich Estate Agent. Manager Sam Patrick, and all his team members including especially Bradley and Evie 'do the biz.' They answer the phone promptly, they know who you are, they take time to understand the property you are selling, they arrive on time to keep appointments, in short - good professional service.

We recently purchased a property through Haart . Without Danielle Lovett's negotiating skills the sale would have fallen through a number of times. Danielle and her team worked so hard to achieve the sale and at all times they were courteous and professional. They kept us constantly informed including copying us in on emails sent to solicitors. We couldn't fault Danielle's handling of the sale from the purchasers point of view.

I have been trying for the past week to book to view a house. Every time I call, I'm told that they'll call back later in the day, every time I call back the next day only to be told the exact same thing. If I don't hear back today, I will not only never consider using haart, I will tell all my friends and colleagues to avoid as well. This is far beyond frustrating.
