From the initial meeting and advising a price and marketing strategy stage for the sale of our property Haart have been outstanding and enthusiastic. In particular Evie Miller has been exceptional. She handled the very busy open day and subsequent flood of offers with efficiency and her communication with us has been faultless. Our sale has been particularly stressful with two failed attempts at the point of exchange but Evie remained positive, relentlessly cheerful, and encouraging throughout and we are now about to move. I would recommend her to any friend or relative and wouldn't hesitate to use her again. I doubt many people feel that way about their estate agents but I genuinely believe Evie has made the whole process as bearable as possible and I'm quite sure no one else would have kept me as sane.

Emily was great both before, during and after the viewing. She sent over all the relevant details prior to my viewing and gave great directions on how to access the property. When I was there, everything was explained perfectly and all my questions were answered and she was very friendly and helpful. Emily then followed up with additional information following the viewing whilst also allowing me time to consider my options. Would definitely recommend Haart and particularly Emily for making the process smith and easy!

I called Haart after seeing a property on Right Move, upon ringing I spoke to Emily who was very efficient and arranged a viewing on that very day. Emily was very professional and was open and honest about the property, the number one sigma around estate agents is their "pushy attitude" I can safely say that I felt relaxed and there was no pressure added. The viewing was amazing and I started the application process, Emily kept me updated every step of the way by phone, email and text which is perfect as I work in an environment where I can not always check my phone. The whole process has been easy, relaxed and surprisingly quick! Really impressed with Haart and especially Emily. ***** all the way, keep it up!!

A ridiculous and disappointing interaction with the agency. I found a rental place I was interested in, called immediately as soon as the ad was posted, they offered a video viewing as there were tenants living, for which I gave them my details for the video link to be sent. This was a day ago. I received no email and no further correspondence. Then, today in the morning, I called 5-6 times, each time being picked up by a different person, noting down my details each time, and they'll ask someone to contact me as the people in Norwich branch might be busy, so calls were being redirected to another office somewhere else, the call which I am still waiting for, for explanation. The same property is now let agreed on Rightmove. I was not even given a fair chance to see the property, that I could put in an offer. I would never want to work with this agency in the future and I will tell all my colleagues and peers to avoid this agency at all cost. Absolutely ridiculous and disappointing.
