GoogleI cannot praise Haart Norwich enough. Charlotte Smith in particular has been instrumental in our buying our forever home through Haart. Always available, very prompt in responding to our enquiries, going the extra mile in accommodating follow up visits to the property and very efficient in chasing the relevant parties involved to affect a smooth sale. I only wish we had used Haart to sell our property in the first place. Would certainly recommend to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home.

Googleexcellent and professional service from Sam, Wayne and Bradley, keeping me up to date and well informed on viewings and progress of sale. There was a delay on the buyers end and this held things up. However: I found Wayne and Brad kept me well up to date and acted as good go betweens to keep things moving. I would reccomend Haart.

GoogleLillian Close is a property with great potential including an extensive garden. Rooms are of a generous size. The carport is a useful feature with the adjoining wall providing convenient privacy. Estate agent was charming and informative.

GoogleAvoid Haart at all cost. After agreeing on the letting and quickly taking money for application (and all checks came through correctly), they first called to delay the move in date for one week, then on the move in date wrote in the morning that they would have the contract ready to sign, only to give a phone call later saying that they had a concern with the property and were no longer letting it !!!!!!! As anyone can imagine this left us on the street scrambling for a hotel and back to square one on a crazy market. Not only this - they never ever made an effort to offer an alternative, nor did they follow up. They made up an excuse about city council concerns which were a plain lie (we checked with city council ) Turned out the landlord was not satisfied with Haart and had terminated them. The most unprofessional company ever. 04-Dec-2023 Follow-up after Haart responding (months later): which part is not correct? You cancelled on the move in date, you did not offer any alternative, and you never followed up - and the same property was then let by another real estate company, no problems with city council. Again, the definition of unprofessional, insult over injury.

FacebookLooked at a few properties through these guys and it was the best experience I've had. I was welcomed by a friendly woman by the name of Emily and she was fantastic from start to finish,throughout the viewing she maintained a professional manner,overall pleasant experience. Unfortunately we didn't end up taking the property but I would highly recommend Emily Spall-Hanson to anyone looking to rent/buy.
