GoogleSo I dealt with an agent called Emily Sims specifically and honestly if you’re using Haart you should ask for her personally. She went above and beyond to help me secure my place , took the time to explain and ease any worries not only with me but with my family and I’m honestly just so pleased with her, that every time I call I only speak to her because of her efficiency.

GoogleOnce again as soon as I asked the staff at at Haart estate agents to advertise my apartment in Norwich I was again impressed by the very swift professional attitude of all the staff I spoke to, in particular, Christina Fahy who dealt with me the most providing me with regular updates either by email or by phone calls leaving me fully updated which was very assuring as well as efficient. GoogleTyron took my call with Haart and he was a breath of fresh air. After getting used to estate agents just wanting to get through things as fast as they could and not really seeming to care if they were rude or unhelpful, it was a lovely surprise to speak with Tyron. He had all the time in the world for me and my numerous questions, he looked up information about the property beyond what any agent I have worked with before has done and did the whole thing with a cheerful disposition and friendly attitude. I actually got off on the wrong foot with Haart previously as the phone rang for so long without answer, I had written them off as a company to be honest, but Tyron turned my opinion around in one call - absolute star, I look forward to buying my first property with him soon!

GoogleOur recent experience with Haart has been entirely positive & extremely refreshing, such amazing customer service & a super friendly team. Victoria's initial visit to value our property was a very positive experience. She was honest, informative & encouraging, her approach was friendly & realistic, she definitely got us on board with Haart! Tyrone came to do our photographs and we were so impressed with his friendly, accommodating approach & his care & attention to detail whilst taking photo's. He was so obliging & easy to work with, we felt very comfortable with him in our house. His customer service has been incredible, he is a real asset to Haart! This was all about the visit to our home but the best surprise was when we saw the quality of the photos he took, all I can say is 'WOW', the photos are amazing & truly show our house off to the highest expectations, he certainly has an eye for detail & the patience to ensure its captured, fabulous photo's! All in all, everyone we have dealt with at the Norwich office have been brilliant, we are now live on the market & are very excited to see how Haart market our property, we feel in very safe hands!

I have spoken to a few members of staff at this company and they were all so helpful and made the process so easy. GoogleWe have been very pleased with the service that Haart provided in selling our property. The photos of property were a high quality to present for sale and their assistance in getting to exchange was excellent after a couple of late hurdles to overcome.
