We asked Haart to sell our property and their service from start to finish. Paul Cobb took fantastic photos to help the process and after our home was sold, Kim took care of the vast majority of our post-sale care. She never failed to return telephone calls, provided regular updates (good & bad) and even enlisted the help of a family member for a building quotation following issues arising from the survey. I recommend avoiding any dealings with this company. Their incompetence cost me a lot of money while they were managing a tenancy for me, and ended up with me receiving a summons because they had been covering up evidence of their own mistakes. They charge fees for routine tasks then perform them amateurishly. Avoid if at all possible.

Recently, I was looking for a property to buy and I walked in the Haart office in Norwich (Queen street). I was helped immediately by Paola. She listened very carefully and immediately came up with a proposal to visit a house which could be the "IT". The visit of the house was really as it should be: answers to most of my questions, enough time to have a look outside and Inside. Being from Belgium, probably I asked a lot of obvious questions as well but no worries, all went very smoothly. Thank you Haart for having given me time to discover the house and a little bit of the area around Norwich as well.

As a tenant moving to Norwich in September, I begun looking for a flat this Monday, and it was more or less sorted by the end of the week. I've been dealing primarily with Emily, who has been extremely helpful and communicative. Having mainly dealt with private landlords and agencies in the past I was a little skeptical of renting through a large national agency like Haart, but actually I was very impressed with how professional and quick the whole process was. I would be happy to recommend this branch based on my experiences.

Moving house is supposedly one of the most stressful times of your life. This was made 10 times worse by using this company. Not only did they send my move in details to the incorrect person, they changed my move in date forward two days in which it was already too late and i had traveled all the way down from somerset. Not only did this cost me money, but almost cost me my job which i was suppose to start that day but couldn't. I have never suffered from high blood pressure in my life, but i can happily say I'm now near death. ive also been told that this is not there fault and that i still have to pay £300 for estate agent fees which they couldn't even get right.

From the start of us finding our potential home to now, Evie Miller's customer service levels and engagement has been second to none, nothing is too big of a question or task for her. Being first time buyers, it can be very daunting to know what needs to be done and what the processes are. Other estate agents we have dealt with seem very pushy (especially to see their mortgage advisors), but since being contacted by Evie we have never been so at ease! We have felt comfortable throughout! Would highly reccomend Evie to anybody looking for a property on the Haart website or even Rightmove that when you call you ask for Evie straight away. You will not be disappointed! I never would normally write a review about the service I have received but Evie needs to be recognised for her professionalism and interpersonal skills. 5*..
