She has gone out if her way to help me in anyway to make sure i could secure the flat i wanted. Charlotte has always answered the phone with a friendly tone and always helped with anything she could.

I've had a few dealings with estate agents over the years but cannot rate this team highly enough. The initial callback was instant, a house visit the next day, viewing in the evening and sold the following morning! Joshua, Samuel and Evie got things moving so fast I could just about keep up. Very friendly at every point of contact and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again when I next move. 5 stars!

I am looking to relocate from Lincolnshire to Norfolk. I have seen several properties that I would like to rent, one with Haart, a flat in Yaxham. I called to request a viewing on Monday, (I called three times during the day, before the phone was answered). I requested Friday at 3.00pm, as I already had other viewings that day. Was told that was fine and someone would call me back to confirm. 4 days later I am having to chase this up, as I want to utilise my time whilst in Norfolk. I am met with no apology and told the classic line, that someone would get back to me...it didn't happen. If I'd had a call back, I would have accepted 'we are short staffed' or 'we can't get in touch with the landlord' but nothing...only fresh air. It is YOUR job to get back to me, this is what you get paid for. it is not me working for you...chasing YOU up. An abysmal display of communication, attention to detail and customer service. Going to Sowerby's - they are amazing, they go above and beyond!

The staff, in particular Christina Fahy, were very efficient in responding to emails or phone calls very quickly. Christina was always pleasant and even when it was not possible to obtain information requested, she let us know that there would be a delay and gave the reason.
