Very good at explaining things for a first time tennant and very prompt in getting me information and advice. Couldn't reccomend them more highly to anyone looking for property in Norwich.

GoogleI was told I had to speak with their in house mortgage advisor before they would put any offers I made to the seller! And that if I did this before the viewing they would make sure I was a preferred choice!

GoogleBe careful with your deposit. They won't release it unless you get written confirmation from the landlord that they are happy to. However Haart will not chase it and insist that you have to then if like me you have a landlord who never gets back to you you are stuck waiting for your deposit and have to claim it back through the deposit holding scheme

GoogleBradley at Haart couldn’t have been more helpful an honest when we started our property search a few months back. Showing us a good range of properties in our price range and letting us look at things at our own pace, keeping us updated when anything new popped up. In the end the right property was with another agents but would recommend Haart.

FacebookWARNING I would strongly advise against using Haart lettings as they still haven't paid my daughter her deposit back...despite her handing the keys in six weeks ago, and the landlord releasing it. She has called them numerous times but is still waiting despite emails to say it will be in her bank in 5 working days. Think we may need to take legal action.
