GoogleWe have had a fabulous experience with Haart, within 3 days of Nick starting at the branch in Norwich after a quiet few weeks of no viewings, we had a viewing and our house sold just on that. We couldn’t be happier with the service that was given between Sam, Nick and the girls on the desk when we called.

GoogleUnable to comment efficiently without expletives. EDIT: When your "local" agents are based in Chelmsford, and then later Ipswich it's a bit of a joke. There's no customer care and the few times I came in to your office it was always "That's the Ipswich branches job, we can't do anything here". Useless.

GoogleThe delightful Erin showed me around the apartment and was very polite and well informed. Some agents try to get away with the minimal amount of information but I have found Haart in Norwich to be very efficient and helpful. I cannot compare with others but at this time I am very satisfied.

Google1 star at best. Haart estate and lettings agents in Norwich have sold a property and failed to provide keys to the purchaser to open the doors. They are now non responsive!

GoogleWe were a tenant in a property that Haart were acting as agents. We were consistently bombarded with requests for viewing. We were lied to by Haart about who they were selling to. It was a painful experience but consistent with how the Company behaved during our tenancy with their sister Company. Poor, just poor.
